تعلن شركة NANCO Group عن توفر وظيفة Chief Financial Officer في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المالية والخطط التشغيلية السنوية والميزانيات بما يتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمنظمة.
  • الإشراف على العمليات المالية والمحاسبية اليومية، وضمان الدقة والكفاءة والامتثال للسياسات المعتمدة واللوائح المطبقة.
  • قيادة التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات وتحليل الانحرافات لدعم أداء الأعمال واتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.
  • إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية والتقارير الإدارية الدورية ومؤشرات الأداء المالي الرئيسية، وعرض الرؤى والتوصيات على الإدارة العليا.
  • تحليل البيانات المالية ومراقبة النفقات وتقييم الأداء المالي وتحديد فرص تحسين الربحية وتحسين استخدام الموارد.
  • قيادة اجتماعات المراجعة المالية مع الإدارة العليا والإدارات المعنية لمناقشة النتائج المالية وأداء الميزانية والمخاطر والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • مراقبة التدفقات النقدية والاحتياجات المالية والعوائد المتوقعة والمخاطر المالية لدعم الاستقرار المالي والنمو للمنظمة.
  • مراجعة واعتماد المعاملات المالية وطلبات الصرف، وضمان الامتثال للميزانيات المعتمدة وحدود التفويض وإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية.
  • وضع ومراجعة وتعزيز السياسات المالية والإجراءات المحاسبية وأنظمة الرقابة الداخلية لتعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية والامتثال.
  • التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين وتوفير المعلومات المالية اللازمة والمستندات الداعمة والشروحات لتسهيل أنشطة التدقيق.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لمواءمة الخطط المالية مع المتطلبات التشغيلية والأولويات التجارية والأهداف التنظيمية.
  • تحديد المخاطر المالية والتحقيق في المخالفات وتقديم التوصيات التصحيحية وإبلاغ الإدارة العليا بالقضايا المالية الهامة.
  • قيادة والإشراف على فريق المالية وتطويره، وضمان إدارة الأداء الفعال وتطوير المعرفة والتحسين المستمر.
  • تحديد فرص تبسيط العمليات المالية وتحسين كفاءة التقارير وتعزيز جودة المعلومات المالية المستخدمة في قرارات الأعمال.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, annual operating plans, and budgets aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with approved policies and applicable regulations.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business performance and informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, periodic management reports, and key financial performance metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data, monitor expenditures, assess financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead financial review meetings with senior management and relevant departments to discuss financial results, budget performance, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial requirements, expected returns, and financial risks to support the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Review and approve financial transactions and expenditure requests, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, authorization limits, and internal control procedures.
  • Establish, review, and enhance financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal control systems to strengthen governance, transparency, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide the necessary financial information, supporting documents, and explanations to facilitate audit activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational requirements, business priorities, and organizational objectives.
  • Identify financial risks, investigate irregularities, recommend corrective actions, and report significant financial issues to senior management.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team, ensuring effective performance management, knowledge development, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial information used in business decisions.
