Waha is hiring a Housing Officer to join its Operations team in Riyadh.

Waha provides worker and group housing solutions for companies and organizations, with optional catering and transport under one contract. We only hand over buildings that are licensed for group housing and compliant with regulations, and we inspect every unit before a client's team moves in.

We are looking for an organized, field-oriented professional to own our housing end to end: sourcing and selecting suitable properties, negotiating prices and terms with landlords, obtaining group housing licenses, and overseeing the setup and operation of each accommodation to ensure quality and full regulatory compliance.
