تدريب جامعي في شركة GE HealthCare بالرياض لدعم نشر وتحسين ومراقبة حلول الاتصال والرقمنة في المملكة، بهدف تعزيز تغطية الأجهزة المتصلة وضمان تكامل البيانات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم ومراقبة مبادرات نشر الاتصال في جميع أنحاء المملكة لتحقيق أداء اتصال حيوي مثالي وتحقيق أهداف Connectivity @ Install (C@I).
- ضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها من خلال المراجعات الدورية والتعديلات التصحيحية.
- استخراج وتحليل وإدارة مسار Connectivity @ Install (C@I) من منصة Global Connectivity Metrics (GCM) لتوفير الرؤية وتحسين الأداء.
- دعم وصيانة لوحات معلومات وتقارير قابلة للتنفيذ لتوفير رؤية فورية للمؤشرات الرئيسية: Live Connectivity، Data Flow Issues، Helium Monitoring، C@I Performance، Digital Tool Adoption.
- دعم نشر واعتماد وفعالية الحلول الرقمية مثل OnWatch و Tube Watch.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (قادة مشاريع الاتصال، خدمة التوصيل، مهندسي الخدمة الميدانية، مدراء المنتجات الصحية) لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب.
- تنسيق وتتبع مراحل مشاريع الاتصال والمخاطر وخطط العمل بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
- ضمان إكمال تركيبات الاتصال وتفعيل الأنظمة الحية ضمن الجداول الزمنية المستهدفة من خلال المتابعة الاستباقية والدعم الميداني عند الحاجة.
- تقديم الدعم الميداني والتوجيه الفني لاستعادة الأنظمة غير المتصلة وتحسين استقرار الاتصال.
- تحديد والتحقيق في مشكلات الاتصال والتواصل التي تؤثر على المراقبة عن بُعد والحلول الرقمية وحلها.
- إعداد تقارير أداء دورية ورؤى للإدارة مع تسليط الضوء على الاتجاهات والفرص والمخاطر وإجراءات التحسين.
- تعزيز أفضل الممارسات ومبادرات التحسين المستمر لزيادة تغطية الأجهزة المتصلة وتحسين المراقبة عن بُعد ورضا العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو إدارة تقنية الرعاية الصحية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تقنية الرعاية الصحية أو عمليات الخدمة أو نشر الاتصال أو الحلول الرقمية أو بيئات الدعم الفني.
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في تنفيذ المشاريع والمتابعة التشغيلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية ببنية تقنية المعلومات والشبكات ومفاهيم الاتصال.
- فهم معدات الرعاية الصحية وتقنيات التصوير الطبي.
- الإلمام بحلول المراقبة عن بُعد وأدوات الخدمة الرقمية ومنصات الاتصال.

Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Support and monitor connectivity deployment initiatives across Saudi Arabia to achieve optimal live connectivity performance and Connectivity @ Install (C@I) targets.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of connectivity and digital tools data by conducting regular reviews, validations, and corrective actions.
- Extract, analyze, and manage the Connectivity @ Install (C@I) funnel from the Global Connectivity Metrics (GCM) platform to provide visibility and drive performance improvements.
- Supports and maintain actionable dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key connectivity metrics, including: Live Connectivity Connectivity Data Flow Issues Helium Monitoring Connectivity @ Install Performance Digital Tool Adoption and Utilization
- Support deployment, adoption, and operational effectiveness of digital solutions, including OnWatch and Tube Watch.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Connectivity Project Leaders, Service Delivery (SD), Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and HPMs, to ensure successful project execution and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate and track connectivity project milestones, risks, and action plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure connectivity installations and live system activations are completed within target timelines through proactive follow-up and on-site support when required.
- Provide field support and technical guidance for restoring offline systems and improving connectivity stability.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve connectivity and communication issues impacting remote monitoring and digital service solutions.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, risks, and improvement actions.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase connected asset penetration, enhance remote monitoring capabilities, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare technology, service operations, connectivity deployment, digital solutions, or technical support environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in project execution and operational follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and connectivity concepts.
- Understanding of healthcare equipment and medical imaging technologies.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring solutions, digital service tools, and connectivity platforms.
- Working knowledge of service operations and field service processes.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development tools.
