KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare marine quotations, renewals, endorsements, and policy issuance within agreed turnaround times.
• Obtain and review all required documents and information are complete before processing.
• Support risk assessment by collecting relevant information and checking exposures.
• Coordinate with Brokers and clients regarding quotations and required documents.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, renewals and policy documentation.
• Maintain proper and accurate underwriting records and files.
• Prepare Loss Record Summary before processing Renewal Notices to the Brokers/Producers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related field.

Minimum Related Experience:

1-3 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
