تعلن هنقرستيشن، إحدى شركات مجموعة ديليفري هيرو الرائدة في مجال التوصيل المحلي، عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير إطلاق الأقاليم والمناطق الخاصة في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة علاقات شركات 3PL: اكتساب وتأهيل شركات 3PL جديدة لتلبية احتياجات العرض والأعمال المتغيرة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لشركات 3PL وأدائها اليومي للحفاظ على مستويات الخدمة.
- تقديم الدعم التشغيلي اليومي لموردي 3PL لحل المشكلات الميدانية وعوائق التوصيل.
- التحقق من فواتير 3PL والتأكد من إنجاز عمليات التوصيل، والتنسيق مع المالية لصرف المدفوعات.
- إدارة توازن العرض والطلب داخل الأقاليم المحددة لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تحليل متطلبات السعة المستقبلية لتفعيل موارد العرض وفق الجدول الزمني.
- تبسيط العمليات التشغيلية لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) لطلبات موردي 3PL.
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعّالة مع الموردين الخارجيين لدعم عمليات اللوجستيات.
- إدارة مشاريع لوجستية خاصة ومبادرات إقليمية تحت إشراف المدير.
- تنسيق الفرق متعددة الوظائف والإدارات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.
- تتبع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والنطاق والتكاليف ومخرجات التسليم وفق معايير الجودة.
- دعم جاهزية الأطراف المعنية عبر المساعدة في التدريب وورش العمل والتواصل مع الموردين أثناء تغيير العمليات.
- إعداد الفرق والشركاء المشاركين للتحولات التشغيلية للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية العالية وتقليل الاضطراب.
- مراجعة مشكلات التغيير التشغيلي واقتراح المبادرات المناسبة لبيئة عمل منتجة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات العمل مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية الرئيسية.
- العمل كممثل تشغيلي أمام الأطراف المحلية والدولية حسب توجيهات المدير.
- تقديم مدخلات وظيفية لعملية إعداد الميزانية أثناء دورة التخطيط.
- مراقبة استخدام الإنفاق التشغيلي المخصص والإبلاغ عن تقدم الميزانية والتحديات.
- تحديد الأهداف الأدائية للمرؤوسين وتقديم الدعم والتقييم والتغذية الراجعة المنتظمة.
- المشاركة في تحديد واستقطاب الكفاءات الرئيسية للقسم.
- توجيه الأولويات وتوزيع المهام وتفويض المسؤوليات ومراقبة سير العمل.
- إتاحة الفرص لأعضاء الفريق لاقتراح التحسين والابتكار ومشاركة المعرفة.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة للعمل اليومي بشكل منظم ومتسق.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات لتعزيز الفعالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال اللوجستيات، أو إدارة موردي 3PL، أو عمليات الأسطول، أو التوصيل في الميل الأخير.
- سجل مثبت في مراقبة أداء 3PL، واكتساب العرض، ومؤشرات أداء الأسطول.
- قدرة عملية على التنسيق بين المشاريع، وإدارة اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA)، والتحقق من الفواتير.
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.

- Acquire and onboard new 3PL companies to fulfill evolving supply and business needs.
- Monitor 3PL operational KPIs and daily performance metrics to maintain service levels.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to 3PL suppliers to resolve field issues and delivery obstacles.
- Validate 3PL invoices, verify deliverable completion, and coordinate payment releases with Finance.
- Manage supply and demand equilibrium within assigned territories to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze future capacity requirements to proactively activate supply resources on schedule.
- Streamline Service Level Agreement (SLA) operational processes for 3PL supplier requests.
- Maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers to support smooth logistics operation.
- Manage assigned special logistics projects and regional initiatives under managerial guidance.
- Align cross-functional teams and corporate departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, scope, cost metrics, and deliverables against quality standards.
- Support stakeholder readiness by assisting in training, workshops, and supplier communications during process changes.
- Prepare participating teams and partners for operational shifts to maintain high morale and minimal disruption.
- Review operational change issues and recommend proper initiatives to maintain a productive work environment
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as an operational representative with local and international stakeholders as directed by the Manager.
- Provide functional inputs to the budgeting process during the planning cycle.
- Monitor utilization of allocated operational spend and report on budget progress and challenges
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the function.
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow.
- Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge And Experience
- 4 - 6 years of experience in logistics, 3PL vendor management, fleet operations, or last-mile delivery.
- Proven track record in monitoring 3PL performance, supply acquisition, and fleet KPIs.
- Hands-on capability in project coordination, SLA management, and invoice verification.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
