تسعى شركة Burjline Builders إلى تعيين مدير عام متمرس لإدارة عملياتها الزراعية المتخصصة في النخيل والفواكه والخضروات، في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نبحث عن مدير عام متفانٍ وذو خبرة للإشراف على العمليات الزراعية التي تركز على النخيل والفواكه والخضروات.
- يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي فهماً عميقاً للممارسات الزراعية، ومهارات قيادية استثنائية، والالتزام بتعزيز الإنتاجية والاستدامة في هذا القطاع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية لتعزيز الإنتاج الزراعي وكفاءته للنخيل والفواكه والخضروات.
- قيادة وإدارة جميع جوانب العمليات الزراعية، بما في ذلك الزراعة والاستنبات والحصاد والتوزيع.
- مراقبة وتقييم عمليات الإنتاج لضمان معايير الجودة والامتثال للوائح.
- التعاون مع خبراء الزراعة وغيرهم من المختصين لتحسين إنتاجية المحاصيل وممارسات الاستدامة.
- إدارة الميزانيات والتوقعات والأداء المالي للعمليات الزراعية.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الموردين والموزعين وأصحاب المصلحة في قطاع الزراعة.
- توظيف وتدريب وتوجيه الموظفين، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والتحسين المستمر.
- مواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات واللوائح لضمان تطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- تقديم التقارير مباشرة إلى الفريق التنفيذي وتقديم رؤى حول الأداء التشغيلي والتوجه الاستراتيجي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الزراعة أو البستنة أو مجال ذي صلة؛ ويفضل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإدارة الزراعية، مع التركيز على النخيل والفواكه والخضروات.
- سجل حافل في إدارة العمليات الزراعية واسعة النطاق بنجاح.
- الإلمام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية وممارسات الاستدامة في الزراعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للتقنيات والممارسات الزراعية الحديثة.
- مهارات قيادية واتصالية وشخصية ممتازة.
