تسعى شركة دبليو إس بي (WSP) إلى توظيف مهندس مشروع (Project Engineer) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية متعددة التخصصات، وضمان الامتثال لأهداف المشروع ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات العميل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل مهندس المشروع بشكل وثيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين المقيمين وفرق التصميم والمقاولين والعملاء والجهات المعنية لضمان التنفيذ الناجح لمشاريع البنية التحتية. يتطلب الدور معرفة تقنية قوية ومهارات تنسيق المشاريع وخبرة في إدارة الأنشطة الهندسية متعددة التخصصات طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق أنشطة الهندسة والتصميم والبناء وتسليم المشروع.
- دعم مدير المشروع في التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة وإعداد تقارير تقدم المشروع.
- مراجعة مخرجات الهندسة والرسومات والمواصفات والطلبات الفنية.
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والمعالم الرئيسية والمخرجات لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين مختلف التخصصات الهندسية وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- المساعدة في إدارة مخاطر المشروع والمشكلات وطلبات التغيير.
- مراجعة طلبات المقاولين وبيانات الأساليب والوثائق الفنية.
- حضور اجتماعات العميل وأصحاب المصلحة واجتماعات التقدم وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
- دعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة عبر تخصصات المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير المطبقة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تنسيق موافقات الجهات الرسمية والتصاريح ومتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة حسب الاقتضاء.
- مراقبة أنشطة البناء وتقديم الدعم الفني أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- تتبع بنود العمل وقرارات المشروع ومخرجات الهندسة.
- دعم أنشطة إغلاق المشروع والتسليم والتوثيق.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في مجال الهندسة الإنشائية وتسليم المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع النقل والطرق والطرق السريعة والجسور والأنفاق والمرافق أو البنية التحتية.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ إدارة المشاريع والعمليات الهندسية.
- خبرة في تنسيق فرق الهندسة والبناء متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة بإدارة العقود ومراقبة المشاريع وإدارة المخاطر.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office Suite وPrimavera P6 وMS Project أو أدوات إدارة مشاريع مماثلة.
- يفضل خبرة العمل مع شركات الاستشارات الهندسية الرائدة.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع دول الخليج / الإمارات.
- شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives, quality standards, schedules, and client requirements.
The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Resident Engineers, design teams, contractors, clients, and authorities to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate engineering, design, construction, and project delivery activities.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project progress.
- Review engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate interfaces between various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Review contractor submissions, method statements, and technical documents.
- Attend client, stakeholder, and progress meetings and prepare technical reports.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities across project disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate authority approvals, permits, and stakeholder requirements where applicable.
- Monitor construction activities and provide technical support during project execution.
- Track action items, project decisions, and engineering deliverables.
- Support project closeout, handover, and documentation activities.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in project engineering and project delivery.
- Proven experience on transportation, roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
- Knowledge of contract administration, project controls, and risk management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with leading engineering consultancy firms is preferred.
- GCC/UAE project experience is preferred.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
