شركة Salboat تعلن عن توفر وظيفة عامل تصفيح الألياف الزجاجية (Fiberglass Laminator) في الشرقية - الخفجي، السعودية، وذلك للعمل على تصنيع وإصلاح هياكل القوارب والمكونات البحرية باستخدام مواد الألياف الزجاجية والراتنجات وتقنيات التصفيح المركب.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات التصفيح بالألياف الزجاجية لهياكل القوارب، الأسطح، الحواجز، والهياكل البحرية الأخرى.
  • تحضير القوالب والأسطح من خلال التنظيف، الصنفرة، وضع مواد العزل، وتجهيز المواد.
  • قص وتركيب حصيرة الألياف الزجاجية (fiberglass mat)، الألياف المنسوجة (woven roving)، وأقمشة الألياف الزجاجية.
  • خلط وتطبيق راتنج البوليستر أو الفينيل إستر، والمحفزات، والمواد المركبة الأخرى حسب المواصفات.
  • استخدام تقنيات التشكيل اليدوي (hand lay-up)، الأسطوانة (roller)، والتعبئة بالتفريغ (vacuum bagging) عند الحاجة.
  • إزالة فقاعات الهواء وضمان تشبع الراتنج والترابط المناسب بين طبقات الألياف الزجاجية.
  • تنفيذ أعمال التشذيب، الجلخ، الصنفرة، والتشطيب للمكونات المصفحة.
  • فحص المنتجات النهائية للتأكد من خلوها من التشققات، الجيوب الهوائية، الانفصالات، والعيوب الأخرى.
  • إجراء إصلاحات وصيانة للألياف الزجاجية عند الحاجة.
  • اتباع الرسومات الإنتاجية، تعليمات العمل، معايير الجودة، وإجراءات السلامة في مكان العمل.
  • صيانة الأدوات والمعدات والحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
  • استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة (PPE) واتباع متطلبات التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية والتهوية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في تصفيح الألياف الزجاجية، ويفضل في مجال بناء القوارب أو التصنيع البحري.
  • معرفة بمواد الألياف الزجاجية، الراتنجات، المقويات، وتقنيات تصنيع المواد المركبة.
  • القدرة على استخدام الأدوات اليدوية، الأدوات الكهربائية، الأسطوانات، الجلاخات، ومعدات الصنفرة.
  • القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية الأساسية واتباع تعليمات الإنتاج.
  • اهتمام جيد بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة والسلامة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق الإنتاج.
  • اللياقة البدنية لأداء العمل اليدوي في بيئة تصنيع القوارب.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • التشكيل اليدوي والتصفيح بالألياف الزجاجية (Hand lay-up and laminating).
  • خلط وتطبيق الراتنجات.
  • تحضير القوالب وعمليات العزل (Mold preparation and release).
  • تشطيب الأسطح وإصلاح الألياف الزجاجية.
  • تحديد العيوب ومراقبة الجودة (Defect identification and quality control).
  • التعامل الآمن مع المواد الكيميائية والمواد المركبة.
  • يفضل خبرة من 2-5 سنوات في تصنيع القوارب بالألياف الزجاجية أو بيئة إنتاج مشابهة للمواد المركبة.

Job Summary

Responsible for manufacturing and repairing fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and other marine components using fiberglass materials, resin, and composite lamination techniques. Ensures high-quality workmanship, structural strength, and compliance with safety standards and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fiberglass lamination for boat hulls, decks, bulkheads, and other marine structures.
  • Prepare molds and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, applying release agents, and preparing materials.
  • Cut, fit, and apply fiberglass mat, woven roving, and fiberglass fabrics.
  • Mix and apply polyester or vinyl ester resin, catalysts, and other composite materials according to specifications.
  • Use hand lay-up, roller, and vacuum bagging techniques where required.
  • Remove air bubbles and ensure proper resin saturation and bonding between fiberglass layers.
  • Carry out trimming, grinding, sanding, and finishing of laminated components.
  • Inspect finished products for cracks, air pockets, delamination, and other defects.
  • Perform fiberglass repairs and maintenance when required.
  • Follow production drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
  • Use appropriate PPE and follow chemical handling and ventilation requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience in fiberglass lamination, preferably in boat building or marine manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, hardeners, and composite fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, rollers, grinders, and sanding equipment.
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow production instructions.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual work in a boat manufacturing environment.

  • Fiberglass hand lay-up and laminating.
