شركة International Maritime Industries تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Operator I, CNC في الشرقية (رأس الخير) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ جميع مهام القطع والتجميع الفرعي باستخدام ماكينات CNC بأمان وضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
  • الالتزام بجميع الوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك رسومات التجميع (nesting drawings) ورسومات الإنتاج وتعليمات الوسم.
  • تحديد واختيار معدات وطرق القطع المناسبة بناءً على مواصفات العمل ومتطلبات المواد.
  • الحصول على تصاريح العمل السارية (ساخن، بارد، عزل، إلخ) قبل بدء أي نشاط.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة اليومية واجتماعات الأدوات (toolbox meetings) وتقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بالعمل بشكل استباقي.
  • تشغيل ماكينات CNC بدقة وفقًا لأدلة التشغيل والرسومات الفنية.
  • مراقبة استخدام المواد لاكتشاف النقص المحتمل واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
  • تطبيق تحضيرات القطع بدقة، وفحص القطع النهائية، والتحقق من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة.
  • فحص وصيانة معدات وأدوات CNC بانتظام لضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال.
  • الامتثال الكامل لمسؤوليات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن (HSES).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم تقني أو مؤهل معادل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال إنشاءات النفط والغاز البحرية أو صناعة أحواض بناء السفن / إصلاح السفن.
  • الإلمام بأنواع القطع الشائعة: القطع الآلي باستخدام CNC (القطع بالبلازما والغاز)، القطع اليدوي والوسم باستخدام IK-12 وBeaver.
  • معرفة أكواد G-code و M-code (EIA).
  • خبرة في استخدام الأدوات الكهربائية أو اليدوية.
  • خبرة في فحص المواد ومعدات وأدوات القطع.
  • معرفة معايير السلامة ذات الصلة والاستعداد لاستخدام الملابس الواقية (مثل واقي الوجه والقفازات).
  • فهم عمليات القطع المختلفة، ورسومات التجميع (nesting drawings)، ورسومات الإنتاج، بالإضافة إلى عمليات القطع والطحن والثني.
  • مهارات تواصل شفهية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة (شفهية وكتابية) باللغة الإنجليزية.

Description

Carry out and support CNC cutting and sub-assembly operations by interpreting technical drawings, selecting suitable equipment, and ensuring valid work permits are in place in order to contributes to the safe, precise, and timely delivery of production outputs while meeting quality standards, optimizing material usage, and maintaining full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security (HSES) requirements, in accordance with the International Maritime Industries Management System (IMIMS).

  • Execute all assigned CNC cutting and sub-assembly tasks safely and within scheduled timelines.
  • Adhere to all technical documentation, including nesting drawings, production drawings, and marking instructions.
  • Identify and select appropriate CNC cutting equipment and methods based on job specifications and material requirements.
  • Obtain valid work permits (Hot, Cold, Isolation, etc.) prior to commencing any activity.
  • Participate in daily safety and toolbox meetings and evaluate job-related risks proactively.
  • Operate CNC machines in strict accordance with operating manuals and technical drawings.
  • Monitor material usage to detect potential shortages and initiate timely corrective actions.
  • Apply cutting preparations accurately, inspect finished cuts, and verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Inspect and maintain CNC equipment and tools regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Demonstrate full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security (HSES) responsibilities and procedures.


Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Construction or Shipyard/Ship repair Industry.


Familiar with the common cutting types: CNC auto cutting (Plasma & Gas cutting), IK-12 & Beaver manual cutting and marking

  • Knowledge of G-code & M-code (EIA)
  • Experience in using electrical or manual tools.
  • Inspecting materials, cutting equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (such as face- shield, gloves etc.,)
  • Understanding of various cutting processes, nesting drawing, production drawing, as well as cutting and grinding and bending operations.
  • Good oral communication skills in English.
  • Good Communication Skills (oral and written) in the English Language.
