انضم إلى شركة International Maritime Industries في الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية كمشرف وفني تشغيل ماكينات CNC (Foreman, CNC OPERATOR). تعمل بشكل وثيق مع المشرف والمدير وفريق المشروع لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية، مع التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى والتواصل مع فريق إدارة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع المهام المسندة بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد.
- التأكد من اتباع جميع الرسومات التقنية والمستندات مثل رسومات التقطيع والإنتاج والترقيم.
- تحديد أداة أو طريقة القطع المناسبة بناءً على المتطلبات.
- التأكد من الحصول على تصريح عمل ساري المفعول (ساخن/بارد/عزل، إلخ) قبل البدء في أي نشاط.
- حضور اجتماعات السلامة والاجتماعات اليومية والتوعية بالمخاطر المرتبطة بالعمل.
- تنفيذ القطع وفقًا لدليل التشغيل واتباع الرسومات.
- مراقبة استخدام المواد لضمان اكتشاف أي نقص محتمل ومعالجته في أقرب وقت ممكن.
- متابعة تحضيرات القطع وفحص القطع المنجزة للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة.
- فحص المعدات والأدوات المستخدمة أثناء العمل وصيانتها بحالة لا تمس السلامة.
- الامتثال لمسؤوليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن (HSES).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم تقني أو مؤهل معادل.
- الإلمام بأنواع القطع الشائعة: القطع الآلي باستخدام CNC (قطع البلازما والغاز)، القطع اليدوي والترقيم باستخدام IK-12 وBeaver.
- معرفة أكواد G-code & M-code (EIA) والبرمجة.
- خبرة في استخدام الأدوات الكهربائية أو اليدوية.
- فحص المواد ومعدات وأدوات القطع.
- معرفة معايير السلامة ذات الصلة والاستعداد لاستخدام الملابس الواقية (مثل واقي الوجه والقفازات).
- فهم عمليات القطع المختلفة ورسومات التقطيع والإنتاج وعمليات القطع والتجليخ والثني.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال البناء البحري للنفط والغاز أو أحواض بناء السفن/إصلاح السفن.

Description
To work closely together with the supervisor, manager and the project team to ensure that all assigned projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget in accordance with the contract and International Maritime Industries Management System (IMIMS). The candidate must be able to collaborate with other departments and communicate results and concerns to the project management team. Works under pressure and drives a group to completion against aggressive timelines and work scopes.
Education: Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification
Competencies: Familiar with the common cutting types: CNC auto cutting (Plasma & Gas cutting), IK-12 & Beaver manual cutting and marking
Knowledge of G-code & M-code (EIA) and programming
Experience in using electrical or manual tools.
Inspecting materials, cutting equipment and tools.
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (such as face- shield, gloves etc.,)
Understanding of various cutting processes, nesting drawing, production drawing, as well as cutting and grinding and bending operations.
Good oral communication skills in English.
Experience:

- Ensure all assigned works are executed safely on time.
- Ensure that all technical drawings and documentation, such as nesting drawing, production drawing and marking are followed.
- Determine the appropriate cutting equipment or method based on requirements.
- Ensure possession of a valid work permit (Hot/Cold/Isolation, etc.) before engaging in any activity.
- Attend safety and daily toolbox meetings and under the risk involved with the job.
- Perform the cutting according to the operating manual and follow the drawings.
- Monitor materials usage to ensure possible shortages are identified and addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Follow cutting preparations and examine finished cutting and ensure they meet standards for excellence.
- Inspect the equipment and tools they use while performing their job and maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) responsibilities.
