تعلن International Maritime Industries عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى Senior Assistant, Ship Wright في مدينة رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم شاغل الوظيفة بأعمال بناء الهيكل في منطقة الرصيف الجاف حتى موعد الإطلاق والتسليم، ويتضمن ذلك قياس وضبط وتثبيت القوالب (البلوكات) بدقة متناهية لضمان تطابق الأبعاد مع الرسومات الهندسية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة دقة البناء ووضع العلامات المختلفة (علامات الغاطس، اسم السفينة، علامات الحواجز وغيرها).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • خلق بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال الحفاظ على النظافة والإضاءة المناسبة والممرات وطفايات الحريق والتهوية، وترتيب كابلات العمل.
  • الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة ومعايير العمل، وارتداء معدات السلامة بشكل كامل واستخدامها.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في فحوصات السلامة واجتماعات الأدوات (Toolbox meetings).
  • أداء المهام المسندة ضمن الوقت المحدد والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
  • تنفيذ المهام تحت توجيه المدير، مع منع العمل بناءً على تقدير المشغل الفردي.
  • أداء العمل بعد الحصول على المؤهل المناسب (مثل شهادة اللحام المناسبة).
  • العمل بعد مراجعة الرسومات ومعايير WPS، مع ضرورة امتلاك مهارات فهم الرسومات الهندسية.
  • معرفة كيفية فحص وتشغيل المعدات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم تقني أو ما يعادله.
  • شهادة لحام معتمدة من ABS/Class (2G، 3G).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 إلى 11 سنة في مجال بناء السفن / إصلاح السفن (Shipyard/Ship repair Industry).
  • مهارات تواصل شفهية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • يشترط ألا يعاني المرشح من رهاب المرتفعات (acrophobia) أو رهاب الأماكن المغلقة (claustrophobia).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الإلمام بأنواع اللحام الشائعة: اللحام بالقوس المعدني المحمي (SMAW) واللحام بالقوس ذو القلب المتدفق (FCAW).
  • مؤهل بمستوى 2G، 3G.
  • مهارات قطع احترافية.
  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات القياس (القياس ثلاثي الأبعاد، المزواة (theodolite) وغيرها).
  • القدرة على فحص المواد ومعدات وأدوات اللحام.
  • معرفة معايير السلامة ذات الصلة والاستعداد لاستخدام الملابس الواقية (مثل واقي الوجه، القفازات إلخ).
  • فهم عمليات اللحام المختلفة ورموز اللحام وخرائط اللحام وعمليات القطع والطحن والتجليخ.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة (شفهية وكتابية) باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • (اختياري) رخصة قيادة سكيد لودر (Skid loader) أو رخصة رافعة شوكية (Forklift) لبعض العاملين في Ship Wright.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Workers will perform the hull construction work at the P.E & Dock area until the time of launch and delivery. Workers comply with the regulation of safety and be involved in preventing safety accidents. Workers follow the instructions of managers and safety teams unless there is a safety concern. In the shipyard, shipwright is the process of measuring, adjusting, and settling the blocks on the PE or on the dry dock with extreme precision for accurate fit-up and welding works. Manage the vessel to be built with the same geometry as the drawing. o Use the measuring device to set the erected block to the correct position. o in charge of the hull supporting block arrangement work. Manage block setting to ensure that fit-up works can be performed appropriately. Manage and control the accuracy of hull construction. Management and marking of various marks. (Draft mark, ship name, BHD mark etc.)

Key Accountabilities

  • Create a safe working environment. o Keep clean, ensure that proper lightening, passage, extinguisher, ventilation. Tidying up working cable.
  • Comply with safety regulations. o Comply with working standards. o Thoroughly wear and use safety equipment.
  • Actively participate in safety checks and toolbox meetings.
  • Perform assigned tasks within the specified time. (Meeting deadlines)
  • Performing duties under the direction of the manager. o Prohibition of work by the arbitrary judgment of the operator.
  • Performing work after qualification. (Proper welding qualification)
  • Work after checking drawings and WPS standards. o Workers need drawing comprehension skills.
  • Know how to check and operate the equipment.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent.


Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)

  • Certified 2G,3G welder (ABS/Class Certified).
  • Optional abilities: Skid loader driving license, Folk lift driving license.
  •  a couple of ship wright workers need these abilities.


Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Familiar with the common welding types: shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), flux cored arc welding (FCAW)
  • 2G, 3G qualified.
  • Need to have professional cutting skills.
  • Experience in using measurement tools. (3D measurement, theodolite etc.)
  • Inspecting materials, welding equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (such as face- shield, gloves etc.,)
  • Understanding of various welding processes, Weld symbols, Weld maps, as well as cutting, grinding and gouging operations.
  • Must not have acrophobia, claustrophobia.
  • Good oral communication skills in English.


Experience

  • At least 6 to 11 years’ experience in the Shipyard/Ship repair Industry. Languages
  • Good Communication Skills (oral and written) in the English Language.
