شركة Buro Happold تبحث عن Associate Director Electrical Engineer للعمل في الرياض. ستقود محفظة مشاريع أو فريق كبير في قسم المباني، وتترجم أهداف العمل إلى تسليم تقني منسق وعلاقات عملاء قوية وأداء تجاري مستدام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة محفظة مشاريع كهربائية أو برنامج رئيسي، والإشراف على الجودة والتسليم ونتائج العملاء والنتائج التجارية.
- وضع ترتيبات التسليم والضمان للمحفظة، وتوزيع المسؤوليات ومواءمة المراجعات مع التعقيد والمخاطر.
- تقديم التوجيه التقني العالي بشأن الاستراتيجيات الكهربائية المعقدة والقرارات الهامة ضمن الصلاحيات المخولة.
- الإشراف على المخاطر التقنية والتنظيمية والتسليمية الرئيسية، وضمان التخفيف والتصعيد والدعم المتخصص.
- قيادة تخطيط القوى العاملة والموارد، وموازنة القدرة والكفاءة والطلب واحتياجات التطوير.
- إدارة توقعات المحفظة وأداء الرسوم وتكاليف الموارد والتعرض التجاري، والاتفاق على الإجراءات التصحيحية مع قادة المشاريع.
- تطوير علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء وحل المشكلات التسليمية والتقنية والتجارية المرفوعة.
- قيادة العروض الكبيرة ومقترحات الرسوم، وتحديد النطاق والافتراضات والاستثناءات والموارد والتزامات التسليم.
- دمج الاستدامة والمرونة وقابلية الصيانة والتكيف والقيمة طوال العمر في استراتيجيات المشاريع ومراجعاتها.
- تطوير الزملاء والمهندسين الكبار من خلال التدريب والتخطيط للخلافة وإدارة الأداء.
- التنسيق عبر التخصصات والفرق الإقليمية لتأمين القدرات المتخصصة وتحسين التسليم متعدد التخصصات.
- رعاية التحسينات في المعايير التقنية والهندسة الرقمية والضمان والدروس المستفادة عبر الممارسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة مناسب للتسجيل المهني.
- قيادة مثبتة لفريق هندسي كبير أو محفظة مشاريع معقدة أو برنامج رئيسي متعدد التخصصات.
- حكم تقني قوي عبر أنظمة خدمات المباني الكهربائية والقدرة على توجيه المدخلات المتخصصة.
- خبرة في إنشاء ضمان تقني والإشراف على التسليم من خلال قادة المشاريع.
- قدرة مثبتة في التنبؤ بالمحفظة وتطوير الرسوم وتخطيط الموارد والاسترداد التجاري.
- خبرة في تطوير علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء وقيادة العروض والمفاوضات ذات المصداقية التقنية ضمن الصلاحيات المخولة.
- فهم قوي لظروف التسليم في المملكة العربية السعودية والواجهات التنظيمية ومتطلبات الجهات الرسمية.
- القدرة على تقييم سير العمل الرقمي والقدرة التقنية وفعالية مراجعة التصميم.
- أدلة على تطوير القادة وتعزيز قدرات الفريق والتخطيط للخلافة.
- وضع مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو تسجيل مهني معترف به مكافئ.
- عضوية في IET أو CIBSE أو مؤسسة مهنية معترف بها مكافئة.
- تطوير ذي صلة في القيادة والإدارة التجارية والحوكمة التقنية، مع اعتماد متخصص مرغوب فيه حيثما ينطبق.
- تسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين أو اعتماد مناسب للأنشطة المنفذة، عند الحاجة.

Your key duties
Responsibilities:
- Lead an agreed electrical project portfolio or major programme, overseeing quality, delivery, client outcomes and commercial results.
- Set portfolio delivery and assurance arrangements, assigning responsibilities and aligning reviews with complexity and risk.
- Provide senior technical direction on complex electrical strategies and significant decisions within delegated authority.
- Oversee major technical, regulatory and delivery risks, ensuring mitigation, escalation and specialist support.
- Lead workforce and resource planning, balancing capability, capacity, demand and development needs.
- Manage portfolio forecasts, fee performance, resourcing costs and commercial exposure, agreeing corrective action with project leaders.
- Develop strategic client relationships and resolve escalated delivery, technical and commercial issues.
- Lead significant bids and fee proposals, establishing scope, assumptions, exclusions, resources and delivery commitments.
- Embed sustainability, resilience, maintainability, adaptability and whole-life value in project strategies and reviews.
- Develop Associates and Senior Engineers through coaching, succession planning and performance management.
- Coordinate across disciplines and regional teams to secure specialist capability and improve multidisciplinary delivery.
- Sponsor improvements in technical standards, digital engineering, assurance and lessons learned across the practice
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline appropriate to professional registration.
- Demonstrated leadership of a substantial engineering team, complex project portfolio or major multidisciplinary programme.
- Strong technical judgement across electrical building services systems and the ability to direct specialist input.
- Experience establishing technical assurance and overseeing delivery through project leaders.
- Proven capability in portfolio forecasting, fee development, resource planning and commercial recovery.
- Experience developing strategic client relationships and leading technically credible bids and negotiations within delegated authority.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian delivery conditions, regulatory interfaces and authority requirements.
- Ability to evaluate digital workflows, technical capability and design review effectiveness.
- Evidence of developing leaders, strengthening team capability and planning succession.
- Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent recognised professional registration.
- Membership of the IET, CIBSE or an equivalent recognised professional institution.
- Relevant leadership, commercial management and technical governance development, with specialist accreditation desirable where relevant.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration or accreditation appropriate to the activities undertaken, where required.
