JD Logistics، الذراع اللوجستي لشركة JD.com، هي شركة رائدة في حلول سلسلة التوريد والخدمات اللوجستية القائمة على التكنولوجيا. نحن نبحث عن منسق تخليص جمركي للإشراف على عمليات التخليص الجمركي في السعودية، وضمان دقة المستندات المطلوبة واكتمالها وتقديمها في الوقت المحدد لتسهيل الإفراج عن الشحنات. ستنضم إلى فريق يقدر التعاون والملكية والالتزام بتقديم نتائج عالية الجودة في بيئة ديناميكية سريعة الخطى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتنظيم الفواتير التجارية وقوائم التعبئة وسندات الشحن وشهادات المنشأ ومستندات الامتثال الأخرى، والتنسيق مع المخلصين الجمركيين المرخصين لإتمام التصريحات الجمركية.
- استخدام منصات الجمارك والامتثال السعودية مثل Fasah وBayan وSABER لتتبع التصريحات والموافقات وحسابات الرسوم والضرائب وحالة الإفراج عن الشحنات.
- التحقق من رموز النظام المنسق (HS) والتقييم الجمركي وبلد المنشأ ومتطلبات الشهادات المطبقة لضمان الامتثال للوائح ZATCA وSASO واللوائح الحكومية السعودية الأخرى.
- متابعة عمليات التفتيش الجمركي وحالات تعليق الشحنات والتناقضات في التصريحات والمستندات المفقودة، والتنسيق مع العملاء والموردين والمخلصين الجمركيين والفرق الداخلية لحل المشكلات بسرعة وتقليل التأخير وتكاليف البقاء في الميناء.
- التنسيق للحصول على تصاريح الاستيراد والموافقات التنظيمية من الجهات المختصة مثل SFDA وCITC وGACA حسب متطلبات الشحنة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات جمركية دقيقة والمستندات الداعمة، وتسوية رسوم التخليص والرسوم الجمركية والضرائب والفواتير لضمان دقة البيانات وإمكانية تتبعها.
- مراقبة التغييرات في اللوائح والسياسات الجمركية السعودية، وتحديد مخاطر التخليص والمشكلات التشغيلية، ودعم تحسين العمليات لتعزيز كفاءة التخليص وتجربة العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو أعلى، ويفضل دبلوم أو درجة في اللوجستيات أو التجارة الدولية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في تنسيق التخليص الجمركي في السعودية، ويفضل في مجال الشحن الجوي والبحري أو خدمات البريد السريع أو اللوجستيات الطرف الثالث (3PL) أو العمليات اللوجستية.
- الإلمام بإجراءات التخليص الجمركي للاستيراد والتصدير في السعودية، ومتطلبات ZATCA وSASO، وتصنيف النظام المنسق (HS)، والتقييم الجمركي، وقواعد بلد المنشأ.
- خبرة عملية أو تعرض تنسيقي لمنصات جمركية مثل Fasah وBayan، ويفضل الإلمام بعمليات اعتماد المنتجات والشحنات عبر SABER.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة، ومستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات وتسوية البيانات وإدارة المستندات، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والمبادرة والقدرة على متابعة استثناءات التخليص بفعالية.
- وعي قوي بالامتثال والمخاطر، والقدرة على اتباع سياسات الشركة واللوائح الجمركية ومعايير أخلاقيات العمل.
- يجب استيفاء متطلبات التوطين السعودي (نطاقات / سعودة)، ويفضل أن يكون المرشح سعودي الجنسية.

About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ctivities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring all required documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time to facilitate timely shipment release.
- Documentation Review: Review and organize commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other compliance documents. Coordinate with licensed customs brokers to complete customs declarations.
- Customs Systems Management: Use Saudi customs and compliance platforms, including Fasah, Bayan, and SABER, to track declarations, approvals, duty and tax calculations, and shipment release status.
- Customs Compliance: Verify HS codes, customs valuation, country of origin, and applicable certification requirements to ensure compliance with ZATCA, SASO, and other relevant Saudi government regulations.
- Exception Handling: Follow up on customs inspections, shipment holds, declaration discrepancies, and missing documents. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize delays and demurrage costs.
- Government Approval Coordination: Coordinate import permits and regulatory approvals with relevant authorities, including SFDA, CITC, and GACA, according to shipment requirements.
- Record Keeping and Reconciliation: Maintain accurate customs records and supporting documents, and reconcile clearance charges, duties, taxes, and invoices to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Process Improvement and Risk Management: Monitor changes in Saudi customs regulations and policies, identify clearance risks and operational issues, and support process improvements to enhance clearance efficiency and customer experience.Education: High school certificate or above. A diploma or degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant customs clearance coordination experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in freight forwarding, express courier, third-party logistics (3PL), or logistics operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi import and export customs clearance procedures, ZATCA and SASO requirements, HS classification, customs valuation, and country-of-origin rules.
- System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with or practical coordination exposure to customs platforms such as Fasah and Bayan. Familiarity with SABER product and shipment conformity certification processes is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent Arabic, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills. Good working proficiency in English is required.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, data reconciliation, and document management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up on clearance exceptions effectively.
- Compliance Awareness: Strong compliance and risk awareness, with the ability to follow company policies, customs regulations, and business ethics standards.
- Other Requirements: Must meet applicable Saudi localisation (Nitaqat / Saudisation) requirements. Saudi nationals are preferred.
