Integrated Business Corner for Property Management (IBC) is a Saudi property management company specialising in the management and administration of real estate portfolios, lease contract documentation on the Ejar platform, and property marketing and leasing across the Kingdom.

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Specialist to be based full-time, on-site in Dammam, supporting a corporate client’s lease contract portfolio. The role is dedicated to auditing, migrating and administering lease contracts on the Saudi Ejar platform, and to building the client’s internal capability to manage the platform independently.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, review and compile the client’s existing and legacy lease contracts
• Input, map and upload historical contract data to the Ejar platform in full compliance with Ministry of Housing regulations
• Register and activate newly issued and renewed lease contracts on Ejar in real time
• Resolve system discrepancies, rejections and documentation errors directly with Ejar support until closure
• Deliver training sessions for client staff on Ejar navigation, contract uploading and troubleshooting
• Prepare a step-by-step internal user guide tailored to the client’s contract types
• Submit periodic progress and performance reports to IBC management

Requirements

• Saudi national, resident in the Eastern Province
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate contract administration or property management
• Hands-on, demonstrable experience with the Ejar platform (documentation, registration and renewals)
• REGA (FAL) real estate practice licence, or readiness to obtain one - IBC covers the cost
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and accurate data entry and reporting
• High standard of confidentiality, professional conduct and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site full-time, Sunday to Thursday, eight hours per day
• Arabic fluency essential; working English preferred
