بنده تعلن عن وظيفة 'Fleet Senior Coordinator' في مدينة جدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية للأسطول بما في ذلك توفر المركبات ودعم النشر لضمان خدمات نقل متواصلة.
- مراقبة طلبات خدمة الأسطول وتقارير الأعطال والحوادث لضمان المتابعة والحل في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة وورش العمل ومزودي الخدمة بخصوص حالة صيانة وإصلاح المركبات لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تتبع استخدام الأسطول والتوفر والمشكلات التشغيلية لتحديد الفجوات ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إعداد سجلات العمليات التشغيلية للأسطول والملخصات ومتابعة الأداء لضمان دقة التقارير والشفافية.
- دعم تنفيذ الخطط والجداول التشغيلية للأسطول بالتنسيق مع فرق عمليات الأسطول والنقل.
- توجيه منسقي الأسطول والموظفين الإداريين بشأن الإجراءات ومتطلبات التقارير وبروتوكولات التصعيد لضمان تنفيذ متسق.
- توصيل التحديثات التشغيلية والقيود والحلول للسائقين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان المواءمة واستمرارية الخدمة.
- تطبيق إجراءات تشغيل الأسطول وإرشادات السلامة ومعايير الحوكمة خلال جميع أنشطة التنسيق لضمان الامتثال والجاهزية للتدقيق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية.
- شهادة PCP و PMP (مفضلة).
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في سلسلة التوريد والخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مستوى عالٍ من التواصل داخليًا وخارجيًا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة فريق.
- تنظيم ومراقبة العمليات اليومية.
- التواصل الفعال.
- مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Microsoft Office).
- نظام ERP.

· Coordinate daily fleet operational activities including vehicle availability and deployment support to ensure uninterrupted transportation services.
· Monitor fleet service requests, breakdown reports, and incidents to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
· Coordinate with maintenance teams, workshops, and service providers on vehicle servicing and repair status to minimize downtime.
· Track fleet utilization, availability, and operational issues to identify gaps and support corrective actions.
· Prepare fleet operational logs, summaries, and performance trackers to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
· Support implementation of fleet operational plans and schedules in coordination with Fleet Operations and Transportation teams.
· Guide fleet coordinators and clerks on procedures, reporting requirements, and escalation protocols to ensure consistent execution.
· Communicate operational updates, constraints, and resolutions to drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and service continuity.
Apply fleet operating procedures, safety guidelines, and governance standards during all coordination activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
