شركة SJ Group (Surbana Jurong Group) تبحث عن مدير تقني متخصص في توصيل البنية التحتية والهندسة والجودة للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

Surbana Jurong Group هي شركة استشارية عالمية رائدة في مجالات الحضر والبنية التحتية والخدمات الإدارية. نبحث عن مديرين تقنيين ذوي خبرة لدعم الإشراف على الهندسة والبناء وإدارة الجودة لمشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير الحضري الكبرى. يشمل الدور إدارة تسليم البنية التحتية، مراجعة التصميم الفني، ضمان جودة المشروع، والتحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التوصيل الفني والإشراف على مشاريع البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والجسور والأنفاق وقنوات الصرف وبرامج التطوير الحضري.
- مراجعة وتقييم الدراسات الهندسية ومراجعات التصميم والرسومات والوثائق الفنية.
- ضمان امتثال التصاميم الهندسية لمعايير التصميم والمواصفات الفنية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها.
- مراقبة جودة المشروع من خلال عمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتدقيق وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- تحديد وإدارة حالات عدم المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- مراجعة عمليات المشروع وتنفيذ التحسينات لتعزيز كفاءة التوصيل والجودة.
- دعم مبادرات إدارة التغيير والتحسين المستمر عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الفنيين لمعالجة القضايا الهندسية والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الإشراف على إنشاء البنية التحتية أو الإشراف على التصميم الهندسي أو إدارة جودة المشاريع أو الوظائف الفنية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى مثل الطرق والجسور والأنفاق والصرف أو برامج التطوير الحضري.
- خبرة في مراجعة الدراسات والتصاميم الهندسية وفقًا للمعايير والمتطلبات الفنية المعمول بها.
- خبرة في إدارة جودة المشاريع وعمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتدقيق وضمان الجودة.
- معرفة بأدوات إدارة الجودة وإدارة حالات عدم المطابقة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- خبرة في تحسين عمليات المشروع ودعم مبادرات إدارة التغيير.

About The Role
We are looking for experienced Technical Managers to support the engineering, construction oversight, and quality management of major infrastructure and urban development projects. The role covers infrastructure delivery, technical design review, project quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical delivery and supervision of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programmes.
- Review and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure engineering designs comply with applicable design standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify and manage non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Review project processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders to address engineering and quality-related issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision, engineering design oversight, project quality management, or related technical functions.
- Demonstrated experience in major infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, or urban development programmes.
- Experience reviewing engineering studies and designs against applicable standards and technical requirements.
- Experience in project quality management, inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, and corrective action implementation.
- Experience improving project processes and supporting change management initiatives.
