Help build the next generation of Saudi Arabia’s biopharmaceutical industry.

Qudera Group is an emerging, internationally connected biopharmaceutical investment and development venture being established in Saudi Arabia.

Our ambition is to build a Saudi-anchored platform connecting global pharmaceutical innovation with regional investment, clinical development, strategic licensing, commercialization, and local manufacturing.

We aim to create long-term economic value by bringing high-potential therapeutic assets, international expertise, investment capital, and biotechnology capabilities into the Kingdom, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

We are seeking a Founding Partner to lead our Saudi Arabia operations as CEO or Chief Business Officer.

This is not a traditional corporate executive appointment. We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who can help establish, finance, and scale Qudera from inception.

The Opportunity

As a Founding Partner, you will work alongside our international founding leadership to establish Qudera’s Saudi presence, develop its institutional relationships, secure strategic capital, and execute its regional growth strategy.

You will serve as a senior representative of Qudera within the Kingdom, connecting global biotechnology opportunities with Saudi investors, government stakeholders, and commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Formation & Investor Relations

* Develop relationships with Saudi family offices, private investors, venture capital firms, strategic investors, and institutional capital providers.

* Lead fundraising initiatives, strategic investment discussions, and capital formation activities.

* Identify appropriate government-backed financing, innovation incentives, and co-investment opportunities.

Government & Institutional Relations

* Establish relationships with relevant government agencies, investment authorities, research institutions, and economic development stakeholders.

* Support company formation, local regulatory coordination, and access to relevant investment and innovation programs.

* Position Qudera as a credible partner in Saudi Arabia’s biotechnology and pharmaceutical development ecosystem.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

* Build partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, investment groups, and manufacturing organizations.

* Facilitate international asset licensing, regional commercialization, co-development, and technology-transfer opportunities.

* Translate strategic relationships into signed commercial agreements and executable projects.

Company Building & Saudi Leadership

* Lead Qudera’s operational establishment and local execution.

* Recruit and develop a high-performing Saudi team.

* Build the partnerships and infrastructure necessary to establish a sustainable regional biotechnology business.

Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in individuals who bring:

* Senior leadership experience in Saudi healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, investment, or corporate development.

* An established network across Saudi investors, family offices, government institutions, or strategic healthcare organizations.

* Demonstrated success securing capital, establishing partnerships, or launching businesses within the Kingdom.

* An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a founding-stage environment.

* Strong commercial judgment, executive credibility, and the ability to bridge international and Saudi business ecosystems.

Founding Partner Structure

This is a genuine founding leadership opportunity with a meaningful equity participation structure, negotiated according to experience, commitment, contribution, and responsibilities.

Qudera is at the formation stage. The position is designed for a founding partner comfortable building an organization from the ground up, with cash compensation dependent on capitalization and mutually agreed milestones.
