تعلن شركة Lenovo عن وظيفة أخصائي مشتريات مبتدئ / مشتري موقع (Jr. Purchasing Specialist / Site Buyer) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، والوظيفة موجهة للمواطنين السعوديين فقط.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة أوامر الشراء (PO) وتنفيذها ومتابعتها، والتنسيق مع الموردين لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالطلبات والمدفوعات.
  • تحديث BSR daily commit بشكل يومي.
  • متابعة الشحنات وتتبعها (Shipment Management RMA) بالتعاون مع فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والاستيراد والتصدير لدى المورد.
  • العمل مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف والموردين لحل مشكلات الشحن والمواد، including فروقات الاستلام، وعدم تطابق الكميات، ومشكلات الجودة، وحالات RMA.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريقي GSM وGCM لحل مشكلات تخصيص المواد والتوريد والتسعير.
  • دعم فريق المحاسبة والموردين في حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالفواتير والمدفوعات.
  • الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع الموردين والفرق الداخلية لضمان حل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب وسلاسة عمليات الشراء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة إلى سنتين في المشتريات أو سلسلة الإمداد (مفضلة).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً.
  • إجادة برنامج Microsoft Office.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والدافعية الذاتية، والمسؤولية، وحس قوي بالملكية.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة، والقدرة على إدارة علاقات الموردين بفعالية.
  • روح الفريق العالية، والمبادرة، والرغبة في التعلم.
  • مهارات البرمجة أو الأتمتة (مفضلة)، ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: Excel VBA/Macros وSQL وPython.

Position Description

  • PO Management : Place and manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and payment-related issues.
  • BSR daily commit updates
  • Shipment Management RMA: Shipment follow up and tracking along with logistic and import export team from supplier. Work with cross functions teams suppliers to resolve shipment and material issues, including receiving discrepancies, quantity mismatches, quality issues, and RMA cases.
  • Work closely GSM GCM to resolve material allocation, supply, and pricing issues.
  • Support Accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment-related issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth purchasing operations.

Position Requirements

  • 1-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good written and spoken English
  • Coding or automation skills are preferred, including but not limited to Excel VBA/Macros, SQL, and Python.
