تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن فرصة لوظيفة مهندس إمدادات الطاقة (Power Supply Engineer) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق يدعم تنفيذ أنظمة طاقة الجر لمشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى للسكك الحديدية والمترو.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتيح هذه الوظيفة دعم تنفيذ أنظمة إمدادات طاقة الجر لمشاريع السكك الحديدية والمترو الكبرى، بما يضمن أنظمة طاقة آمنة وموثوقة وعالية الأداء تلبي متطلبات التشغيل والمشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أعمال إنشاء نظام إمدادات طاقة الجر، والتأكد من الالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع والمخططات والمواصفات وطرق التنفيذ (Method Statements).
- إعداد دراسات أنظمة الطاقة، ودعم تصميم أنظمة طاقة السكك الحديدية الكهربائية للتيار المتردد والمستمر واختبارها وتشغيلها الأولي ودمجها.
- إجراء المسوحات الميدانية والتحليلات الفنية وأعمال استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، ومراجعات التصميم، وإعداد الوثائق الهندسية مثل حزم التصميم والمخططات المنفذة (As-built) وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M Manuals).
- تحديد نقاط الربط بين أنظمة الطاقة والبنية التحتية الأخرى، والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية والموردين وفرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات.
- دعم تطوير المحطات الفرعية (Substations) وأنظمة توزيع الطاقة وأنظمة الحماية ومعدات تحويل الطاقة واختبارها وتقييمها وتحسينها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة أنظمة إمدادات طاقة الجر، ويُفضل في مشاريع المترو أو القطارات فائقة السرعة أو مشاريع البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية واسعة النطاق.
- أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً سعودياً (Saudi National).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفهي قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة الجهد العالي والمنخفض للسكك الحديدية، بما يشمل أنظمة طاقة الجر للتيار المتردد والمستمر، والمحطات الفرعية، والمحولات، ومعدات القواطع (Switchgear)، وقواطع الدارة (Circuit Breakers)، والمقومات (Rectifiers)، وشبكات توزيع الطاقة.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير أنظمة طاقة السكك الحديدية، والمحطات الفرعية للسكك الحديدية الكهربائية، وأنظمة الحماية SCADA وPLC، وتخفيف التيار الشارد (Stray Current Mitigation)، وأنظمة الكابلات الجانبية للمسار (Wayside Cable Systems).
- قدرة مثبتة على إجراء الدراسات الفنية والتحليلات الهندسية والاختبارات واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، ومراجعات التصميم الموجهة لاحتياجات الجهات المعنية.
- (مرغوب) خبرة في أنظمة التحكم والحماية للإلكترونيات القدرة (Power Electronic Control and Protection Systems).
- (مرغوب) فهم لتقنيات المحولات متعددة الوحدات (Multi-modular Converter) وتطبيقات طاقة الجر المتقدمة.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Power Supply Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support the delivery of traction power supply systems for major railway and metro infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing power systems that meet operational and project requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee Traction Power Supply System construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements, drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Prepare power system studies and support the design, testing, commissioning, and integration of AC and DC electrified railway power systems.
- Perform site investigations, technical analyses, troubleshooting, design reviews, and develop engineering documentation including design packages, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
- Define interfaces between power systems and other infrastructure systems while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support the development, testing, evaluation, and optimization of substations, power distribution systems, protection systems, and power conversion equipment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Traction Power Supply System Engineering, preferably on Metro, High-Speed Rail, or large-scale railway infrastructure projects.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of HV and LV railway power systems, including AC/DC traction power systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, rectifiers, and power distribution networks.
- Strong knowledge of railway power system standards, electrified railway substations, SCADA and PLC protection systems, stray current mitigation, and wayside cable systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform technical studies, engineering analyses, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-driven design reviews.
- Saudi National.
- Experience with power electronic control and protection systems.
- Understanding of multi-modular converter technologies and advanced traction power applications.
- Familiarity with overhead catenary systems and third-rail traction power systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
