تعلن شركة TAWANTECH عن حاجتها إلى محلل أعمال (Business Analyst) متخصص في حلول GRC / IRM للعمل في مدينة الرياض، لدعم أحد عملائها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن محلل أعمال ذي خبرة في حلول الحوكمة والمخاطر والامتثال (GRC) وإدارة المخاطر المتكاملة (IRM)، للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يتولى المرشح فهم متطلبات الأعمال وتحليل عمليات GRC/IRM وترجمة احتياجات الأعمال إلى متطلبات وظيفية، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والفرق التقنية لضمان نجاح تنفيذ الحلول.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع متطلبات الأعمال المتعلقة بـ GRC وIRM وتحليلها وتوثيقها
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال لفهم العمليات الحالية والتحديات وأهداف العمل
- ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى متطلبات وظيفية ومواصفات واضحة ومفصلة
- تحليل وتوثيق عمليات الأعمال وسير العمل وحالات الاستخدام (Use Cases)
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات وتقديم توصيات بحلول GRC/IRM فعّالة
- دعم تصميم وتنفيذ عمليات وسير عمل GRC/IRM
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير والفرق التقنية لضمان فهم المتطلبات وتنفيذها بشكل صحيح
- إعداد وثائق متطلبات الأعمال (BRD) ووثائق المتطلبات الوظيفية (FRD) ومخططات سير العمل وحالات الاستخدام وغيرها من الوثائق ذات الصلة
- المشاركة في ورش العمل وجلسات جمع المتطلبات مع أصحاب المصلحة
- دعم اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT) من خلال إعداد سيناريوهات الاختبار وحالات الاختبار والتحقق من الوظائف المسلَّمة
- تتبع المتطلبات وإدارتها طوال دورة حياة المشروع
- تحديد الفجوات بين العمليات الحالية وحلول GRC/IRM المقترحة
- دعم أنشطة الإعداد والاختبار والتنفيذ وما بعد التنفيذ
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمطورين وفرق ضمان الجودة وأصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال
- ضمان توافق الحلول المسلَّمة مع متطلبات الأعمال والأهداف المتفق عليها
- تقديم الدعم في حل المشكلات الوظيفية وتوضيح المتطلبات أثناء التنفيذ
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمحلل أعمال
- خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في GRC / IRM
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال
- خبرة عملية في عمليات GRC/IRM وسير العمل ومتطلبات الأعمال
- خبرة قوية في جمع المتطلبات وتحليل الأعمال والتوثيق الوظيفي
- خبرة في العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال والفرق التقنية
- فهم جيد لنمذجة العمليات التجارية وتحليل سير العمل
- خبرة في اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT) وإعداد حالات الاختبار والتحقق الوظيفي

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - GRC / IRM to join our team and support one of our clients in KSA.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience, with strong hands-on experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing GRC/IRM processes, translating business needs into functional requirements, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
3-5 years of total professional experience as a Business Analyst.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in GRC / IRM.
Strong understanding of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance concepts.
Practical experience with GRC / IRM processes, workflows, and business requirements.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Good understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.
Experience in UAT, test case preparation, and functional validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC and IRM
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and business objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional requirements and specifications
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend effective GRC/IRM solutions
- Support the design and implementation of GRC/IRM processes and workflows
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), process flows, use cases, and other relevant documentation
- Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating delivered functionality
- Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify gaps between existing processes and proposed GRC/IRM solutions
- Support configuration, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and agreed objectives
- Provide support in resolving functional issues and clarifying requirements during implementation
