تعلن هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك عن وظيفة محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل شاغل هذه الوظيفة باستقلالية مع إشراف محدود، ويلتزم بالإرشادات والإجراءات المعتمدة لإعداد تقارير أكثر تعقيداً أو تخصصاً أو عند الحاجة في مجاله. كما يسهم في إنجاز المراحل أو الأهداف التشغيلية ضمن المجال الوظيفي المسند إليه، ويدعم الإدارات الأخرى في إجراءات الإقفال وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد القوائم المالية ودليل الحسابات وتوقعات المركز المالي والتقارير الأخرى التي تطلبها الإدارة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تقديم الدعم للإدارات الأخرى في السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية وإجراءات الإقفال، وأنظمة الرقابة الفعّالة، والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المالية.
- المساندة في إجراءات الإقفال الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي، وتقديم الدعم والتدريب اللازمين.
- معالجة حالات عدم الامتثال الناتجة عن ملاحظات المراجعة أو الديوان العام للمحاسبة، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للحد من المخاطر ومنع تكرارها.
- متابعة تسجيل المعاملات وقيود اليومية والترحيل إلى دفاتر الأستاذ، والتحقق من دقتها واكتمالها ومطابقتها للمعايير.
- مراجعة التسويات البنكية لجميع الحسابات البنكية والتأكد من مطابقتها.
- تنفيذ عمليات الإقفال الدورية (اليومية والشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية)، والتواصل مع الأطراف الداخلية لمعالجة الفروقات، والإبلاغ عن الحالات غير المطابقة.
- مراجعة التقارير المالية الدورية والتأكد من توافق النتائج المعروضة مع معايير إعداد التقارير المالية.
- الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات وإجراءات التشغيل المعيارية ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة منضبطة ومتسقة.
- المساعدة في حل المشكلات المصعّدة وتقديم الدعم اللازم للفريق المبتدئ لضمان كفاءة إنجاز العمل.
- تصعيد المشكلات المعقدة إلى الشخص المختص لضمان إغلاق الحالات والقضايا بشكل سليم.
- القيام بأي مهام أخرى تُطلب منه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها (مطلوبة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.

Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision. They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad-hoc reports in their related field. They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area.
They undertake operational activities including supporting other functions in closing processes, and developing required reports.

Education

Job Resposiblites
- Develop financial statements, chart of accounts, financial position forecasts, and other reports required by management in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide support to other functions regarding accounting and closing policies and procedures, efficient controls, and utilization of financial resources
- Assist functions in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and provide required support and training
- Tackle non-compliance cases resulting from audits/ General Court of Audit findings and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and recurrence
- Monitor the recording of transactions, journal entries and postings to ledgers assessing accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards
- Review bank reconciliations for all bank accounts ensuring matching
- Execute periodic (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) closing processes, communicate with internal stakeholders to fix discrepancies, and report non-compliant cases
- Review periodic financial reports ensuring reported results comply with financial reporting standards
Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
- Perform other duties as requested
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent is required
