تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى «مدير ضبط المشاريع» في مدينة مكة المكرمة والطائف، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث الشركة عن مدير ضبط مشاريع موهوب يقود فريقاً من المختصين، ويشرف على جميع مراحل المشاريع أو البرامج الحيوية. تتيح الوظيفة العمل على مشكلات إنشائية معقدة ذات أثر كبير على المجتمع المحلي، ويتولى المدير تطوير جميع مراحل جهود ضبط المشاريع وإدارتها و/أو تنفيذها، والتي تشمل التخطيط والجدولة وتحليل التكاليف. ويدير المدير عادةً مشاريع صغيرة إلى متوسطة الحجم، ويستند في عمله إلى معرفة واسعة بأنشطة ضبط المشاريع وخبرة في أنواع متعددة من المشاريع والعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد والمساعدة المتخصصة للمشروع لحل مشكلات ضبط المشاريع الصعبة والمعقدة.
- التواصل مع العملاء وحضور الاجتماعات الدورية وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية.
- إدارة فريق من مهندسي ومختصي ضبط المشاريع المؤهلين لتحليل التكاليف الفعلية والمتوقعة، ومتابعة الأداء مقارنةً بالجدول الزمني المعتمد والمعالم الحرجة.
- تقييم أثر التغييرات في التصميم أو التنفيذ وتأخيرات الجدول الزمني.
- الإشراف على تطوير وصيانة نظام معتمد يوضح التسلسل الهرمي للخطط والجداول الزمنية، وإبقاء إدارة المشروع والشركة على اطلاع كامل.
- تنسيق احتياجات التوظيف، وتكليف الأنشطة اليومية للمشروع والإشراف عليها، وتدريب الموظفين.
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء للموظفين المكلفين وتوفير برامج تطويرهم المهني.
- التوصية بتخصيص أنظمة ضبط المشاريع والإشراف على تنفيذ ذلك لتلبية متطلبات كل مشروع.
- إعداد التقارير الإحصائية للإدارة بشكل دوري أو عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة في جهود تطوير الأعمال عبر جمع وعرض بيانات خلفية متنوعة.
- تقديم عروض تقديمية رسمية أو غير رسمية عند الطلب.
- تنفيذ أي مسؤوليات أخرى مرتبطة بالوظيفة حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة التشييد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في المجال ذي الصلة، تشمل خبرة إشرافية أو إدارية.
- معرفة هندسية أساسية في المجال الكهربائي أو الميكانيكي أو المدني أو مجال ذي صلة.
- استيفاء متطلبات شهادة مدير ضبط المشاريع الخاصة بشركة Parsons.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات حاسوب متقدمة، تشمل برامج ضبط المشاريع المتنوعة وحزمة Microsoft Office.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل في دور إشرافي.
- معرفة شاملة بممارسات الصناعة.
- مهارات تواصل وتحليل وإدارة متميزة.

Responsibilities
- Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.
- Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports.
- Manages a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones.
- Assesses the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of an established system to show the hierarchy of plans and schedules; keeps project and company management fully informed.
- Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel.
- Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development for the assigned employees.
- Recommends and oversees the customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Creates statistical reports for management on a recurring or one of a kind basis.
- Participates in business development efforts by gathering and presenting a variety of background data.
- May be required to make informal or formal presentations.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
- 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience
- Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field
- Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices is required
- Incumbent must meet Parsons Project Controls Manager Certification requirements
