نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث Parsons عن مهندس مدني ذي خبرة للإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاء وتنسيقها في مشروع مبنى عالي الارتفاع، وضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة والجدول الزمني للمشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة الإنشائية اليومية لأعمال المباني عالية الارتفاع.
- مراجعة المخططات المعمارية والإنشائية والمدنية المعتمدة قبل التنفيذ.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين والمعماريين ومهندسي MEP وفرق إدارة المشروع.
- متابعة تقدم الأعمال الإنشائية والتأكد من الالتزام بالجدول الزمني المعتمد.
- فحص أعمال التسليح والشدات وصب الخرسانة والمعالجة (Curing) والأعمال التي تلي صب الخرسانة.
- التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق منهجيات التنفيذ المعتمدة وخطط الفحص والاختبار.
- إجراء زيارات التفتيش الميداني وإعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
- تنسيق فحص المواد واختبارها واعتمادها.
- التحقق من الكميات والمساعدة في القياس والتقييم وإصدار شهادات الدفع.
- رصد مشكلات الموقع والتناقضات والمشكلات الفنية، والتوصية بالحلول المناسبة.
- رفع طلبات التفتيش (RFIs) وتعليمات الموقع وتقارير عدم المطابقة ومتابعتها.
- ضمان تطبيق إجراءات ضبط الجودة وضمان الجودة بشكل صحيح.
- متابعة أداء المقاولين من الباطن وجودة تنفيذهم.
- ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الموقع وتقارير التفتيش والمخططات والوثائق بدقة.
- المساعدة في تسليم المشروع وأعمال الفحص النهائي والاختبار والتشغيل وتوثيق المخططات التنفيذية (As-built).
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق واجتماعات متابعة التقدم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء والتشييد.
- يُفضّل الحصول على ترخيص أو تسجيل مهني في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إنشاء المباني.
- خبرة في مشاريع المباني السكنية والتجارية والفندقية أو مشاريع الاستخدام المختلط عالية الارتفاع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالخرسانة المسلحة والأعمال الإنشائية والأساسات وإنشاء المباني.
- معرفة بمعايير البناء والمواصفات وإجراءات الفحص.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الإنشائية والمعمارية والمدنية وتفسيرها.
- إلمام بحساب الكميات (Quantity Takeoff) ومنهجيات التنفيذ والوثائق الهندسية.
- معرفة بمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة في مواقع البناء.
- إجادة برنامج AutoCAD وحزمة Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة المشاريع الإنشائية.
- خبرة في برنامج Primavera P6 أو MS Project أو أدوات جدولة مشابهة (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities for a high-rise building project. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil and structural works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise daily construction activities for high-rise building works.
- Review approved architectural, structural, and civil drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, architects, MEP engineers, and project management teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with the approved project schedule.
- Check reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, curing, and post-concrete activities.
- Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with approved method statements and inspection test plans.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate material inspections, testing, and approvals.
- Verify quantities and assist with measurement, valuation, and payment certification.
- Identify site issues, discrepancies, and technical problems and recommend suitable solutions.
- Raise and follow up on Requests for Inspection, RFIs, site instructions, and nonconformance reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Assist with project handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
- Participate in coordination and progress meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Professional engineering license or registration is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in building construction.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hotel, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural works, foundations, and building construction.
- Knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Familiarity with quantity takeoff, construction methods, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of quality and safety requirements for construction sites.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools is an advantage.
