تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن وظيفة مدير مشروع - الأصول الخاصة (Project Manager - Private Assets) في مدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يشرف مدير المشروع على تحقيق التميز في تنفيذ جميع مراحل مشاريع التصميم التفصيلي تحت إدارته، ويتولى مسؤولية التميز الفني للمهام والتحليلات المنفذة، والامتثال للوائح، وإنجاز مشاريع التصميم في موعدها وضمن الميزانية أو أقل منها، وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على إعداد وتصميم وعرض مخططات ومفاهيم التصميم الحضري عالية الجودة وتقاريرها
- الإشراف على إعداد حزم التصميم الفني حتى مرحلة الطرح والمناقصات، ومتابعة جودة الإنشاء
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع في المناطق وقادة التخصصات وأعضاء الفريق الداخليين والخارجيين، ومنهم مخططو المدن الرئيسيون والمعماريون ومصممو المدن والمصممون المتخصصون وجميع التخصصات الهندسية ومقدرو الكميات
- التخطيط والجدولة وتفويض المهام ضمن هيكل الفريق، والمشاركة في إعداد تقارير سير العمل وتخطيطه
- التواصل على المستوى الإداري العالي مع العملاء وممثليهم
- المشاركة في كتابة العروض الفنية، وتقدير مستوى الجهد، وإعداد خطط العمل والجداول الزمنية عند الحاجة
- الحفاظ على عضوية الجمعيات المهنية لمواكبة تطورات الاتجاهات والتقنيات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في إدارة المشاريع أو الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معترف بها
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال التخطيط الرئيسي (Masterplan) والتصميم الحضري، مع تدرج في مستويات المسؤولية
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة فرق عمل لدى شركات هندسة وعمارة راسخة أو في جانب العميل
- خبرة في التعامل مع البلديات والمطورين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
- قدرة مثبتة على القيادة وتحقيق النتائج
- مهارات ممتازة في التحدث والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية

Job Description
Parsons is looking to recruit a high-caliber, Project Manager - Private Assets. The Project Manager provides oversight to realize execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of detailed design projects under his/her direction. He/she shall be responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on-schedule completion of design projects within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
What You’ll Be Doing”
- Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.
- Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality.
- Liaise with other district Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors.
- Plan, program and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning.
- Provide high level liaison with Clients and Client’s representatives.
- Participate in writing technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules as required.
- Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of development of trends and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, architecture from a recognized university
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the masterplan/urban design field showing increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience managing groups for established Architecture/Engineering firms or the client side
- Experience dealing with GCC based municipalities and developers
- Proven leadership and delivery ability
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
