نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن معلم لغة إنجليزية متفانٍ للانضمام إلى مجتمع المدرسة. يركز الدور على تقديم تعليم لغوي جذاب، وتنمية الكفاءة اللغوية لدى الطلاب ومهارات التفكير النقدي وحب الأدب، مع الالتزام بمعايير المنهج وأهداف المدرسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة للغة الإنجليزية للطلاب في المراحل الدراسية المحددة
- تطوير الدروس والاختبارات والأنشطة وتنفيذها بما يحقق معايير المنهج
- تكييف طرق التدريس لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب وأساليب تعلمهم المتنوعة
- متابعة تقدم الطلاب وتقييمه، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة في الوقت المناسب، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات
- تهيئة بيئة صفية إيجابية وشاملة وداعمة
- التعاون مع الزملاء في المشاريع المشتركة بين المواد والمبادرات المدرسية
- التواصل الفعّال مع أولياء الأمور بشأن تطور الطلاب
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية
- درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو اللغة الإنجليزية أو مجال ذي صلة (أو شهادة تدريس معادلة)
- شهادة تدريس أو ترخيص مزاولة وفق ما تقتضيه الجهة المنظمة المحلية
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الصف والتنظيم
- قدرة ممتازة على التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
- مفضل: درجة الماجستير أو شهادات إضافية في اللغة الإنجليزية أو محو الأمية أو TESOL/TEFL
- مفضل: خبرة في تصميم المناهج وتطوير أدوات التقييم
- مفضل: إتقان أدوات التقنية التعليمية وأدوات التدريس الإلكتروني أو المدمج
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قواعد اللغة الإنجليزية والمفردات والأدب الإنجليزي
- تخطيط الدروس والاستراتيجيات التدريسية والتكييف حسب الفروق الفردية
- تصميم الاختبارات وتحليل البيانات وإعداد تقارير تقدم الطلاب
- إدارة الصف وتحفيز الطلاب ودعم السلوك الإيجابي
- العمل الجماعي والتواصل الفعّال مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والزملاء

The role focuses on delivering engaging English language instruction, fostering students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and love of literature, while aligning with curriculum standards and school goals.

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our school community as a full-time educator. The role focuses on delivering engaging English language instruction, fostering students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and love of literature, while aligning with curriculum standards and school goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English instruction to students across designated grade levels
- Develop and implement lessons, assessments, and activities that meet curriculum standards
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain records
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and school initiatives
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- 5 years of experience in English instruction
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (or equivalent teaching credential)
- Teaching certification or licensure as required by the local governing body
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in English, literacy, or TESOL/TEFL
- Experience with curriculum design and assessment development
- Proficiency with educational technology and online/hybrid teaching tools
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature
- Lesson planning, instructional strategies, and differentiation
- Assessment design, data analysis, and progress reporting
- Classroom management, student engagement, and positive behavior support
- Collaborative teamwork and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field
- Teaching certification or state/licensure as required
- Additional relevant certifications (e.g., TESOL/TEFL, literacy specialization) preferred
