نبحث عن معلم/معلمة للعلوم الأساسية متفانٍ ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا التعليمي في الخرج. يتولى المرشح المناسب تصميم دروس عالية الجودة وتقديمها، تشرح مفاهيم الفيزياء والاستدلال الرياضي والمصطلحات العلمية الدقيقة بأسلوب واضح وسهل الفهم. تركز هذه الوظيفة على التعلم النشط، وإشراك الطلاب، وتوفير بيئة صفية داعمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التخطيط للدروس في الفيزياء والرياضيات والمصطلحات العلمية وإعدادها وتقديمها بشكل شامل، بما يتوافق مع معايير المناهج.
- شرح المفاهيم المعقدة بلغة مبسطة وبأمثلة من الحياة الواقعية للطلاب ذوي مستويات معرفية متفاوتة.
- تطوير المواد التعليمية والأنشطة والتقييمات التي تعزز التفكير النقدي ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- تقييم تقدم الطلاب، وتقديم تغذية راجعة بنّاءة، والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للإنجاز والحضور.
- تكييف طرق التدريس لتلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية المتنوعة، وتقديم الدعم الإضافي عند الحاجة.
- تهيئة بيئة صفية آمنة وشاملة ومحترمة تشجع على الفضول والتعاون.
- التعاون مع الزملاء لدمج الأنشطة متعددة التخصصات وتحسين الجودة التعليمية بشكل عام.
- توظيف التقنيات والأدوات التعليمية لتعزيز نتائج التعلم ومستوى المشاركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الفيزياء أو الرياضيات أو التربية أو تخصص ذي صلة، ويُفضّل الحصول على درجة الماجستير.
- يُفضّل الحصول على شهادة اعتماد أو ترخيص في التدريس، ومطلوب خبرة صفية ذات صلة في تدريس العلوم أو الرياضيات.
- إتقان قوي لمفاهيم الفيزياء والرياضيات والمصطلحات العلمية، والقدرة على تحويل المحتوى التقني إلى تعليم سهل الفهم.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية وتنظيم ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بفاعلية مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والزملاء في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
- يُفضّل بشدة إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
