نبحث عن مهندس بنية تحتية عملي يتولى تهيئة منصات Fortinet FortiWeb وFortiMail وإدارتها واستكشاف أعطالها وإصلاحها. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة عملية مباشرة في تطبيق سياسات الأمان وحل مشكلات بيئة الإنتاج والحفاظ على خدمات آمنة وموثوقة. كما ستدعم تكاملات FortiSandbox ومراجعات سياسات جدران الحماية عبر FireMon.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- FortiWeb / WAF: تهيئة سياسات WAF والخوادم الافتراضية والتطبيقات المحمية وملفات الأمان وصيانتها.

About the role:
We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to configure, administer and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiWeb Web Application Firewall (WAF) and FortiMail Mail Gateway platforms.
The role requires direct experience implementing security policies, resolving production issues and maintaining secure, reliable services. You will also support FortiSandbox integrations and firewall policy reviews using FireMon.
Key responsibilities
Fortinet WAF / FortiWeb
- Configure and maintain WAF policies, virtual servers, protected applications and security profiles.
- Onboard web applications and APIs, validating functionality following deployment and policy changes.
- Configure SSL/TLS inspection and install, renew and troubleshoot digital certificates.
- Investigate blocked legitimate traffic, application connectivity issues and policy-related errors.
- Monitor logs, alerts and security events; tune policies to address attacks and reduce false positives.
- Plan and execute firmware upgrades, hotfixes and configuration changes.
Fortinet Mail Gateway / FortiMail
- Configure and maintain anti-spam, anti-malware, phishing protection and email filtering policies.
- Monitor mail flow, service health, performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot delivery failures, mail queues, false positives/negatives and connectivity issues.
- Maintain email security configurations in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute software upgrades, firmware updates and hotfixes.
FortiSandbox
- Configure malware analysis profiles, file submission policies, supported file types, quarantine actions and notifications.
- Deploy and maintain integrations between FortiSandbox and FortiMail.
- Review analysis results and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Maintain firmware, signatures and security configurations.
Firewall policy review / FireMon
- Review policies across multi-vendor firewall environments.
- Identify overly permissive, Any-to-Any, shadowed, duplicate and unused rules, along with redundant objects.
- Configure policy analysis, compliance frameworks, risk scoring, rule recertification and reporting.
- Maintain firewall integrations and produce operational, compliance and executive reports.
Qualifications and requirements
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, administering and troubleshooting FortiWeb and FortiMail in production environments.
- Ability to explain security policies personally implemented, the threats they address and how their effectiveness was verified.
- Strong knowledge of WAF policies, web application security, SSL/TLS inspection and certificate management.
- Strong understanding of email security protocols, mail routing and email threat protection.
- Hands-on experience with FortiSandbox and its integration with email security platforms.
