شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس إمداد طاقة أول (Senior Power Supply Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية والبنية التحتية الكبرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة أنشطة إنشاء نظام إمداد طاقة الجر (TPSS) وضمان تسليم أعمال كهربة السكك الحديدية بنجاح.
  • التأكد من تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات وبيانات الأسلوب وإجراءات المشروع والمعايير السارية.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية والتوجيه والإرشاد للمهندسين والفنيين وفرق المشروع المشاركة في أنظمة طاقة الجر والأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • قيادة أنشطة الهندسة الكهربائية بما في ذلك تحليل المتطلبات، تطوير المواصفات، تعريف الواجهات، اختيار المكونات، المحاكاة، وتصميم أنظمة الطاقة.
  • إعداد الحسابات الهندسية والنماذج الفنية وحلول التصميم لأنظمة إمداد طاقة السكك الحديدية.
  • إعداد دراسات نظام الطاقة لأنظمة السكك الحديدية المكهربة بالتيار المتردد (AC) والتيار المستمر (DC).
  • إجراء محاكاة وتحليلات حاسوبية تشمل دراسات تدفق الحمل، القصر، بدء تشغيل المحركات، وتنسيق الحماية.
  • إجراء التحقيقات والتفتيش الميداني في المحطات الفرعية ومرافق طاقة الجر وممرات السكك الحديدية.
  • إعداد المقترحات الفنية والتقارير الهندسية وتقديرات التكاليف حسب الحاجة.
  • قيادة تركيب واختبار وتشغيل معدات طاقة الجر والمعدات الكهربائية.
  • إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والتقارير لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية لمشاريع تصميم أنظمة كهربة السكك الحديدية بالتيارين AC وDC.
  • مراجعة كامل وثائق المشروع بما في ذلك حزم التصميم ووثائق "كما بني" وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة وإجراءات التركيب وخطط التشغيل.
  • تصميم ومراجعة تجميعات إمداد الطاقة لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الأداء.
  • التحقق من أن التصميمات تلبي المعايير الفنية والسلامة والتشغيلية والتنظيمية المطبقة.
  • تطوير حلول لمعالجة تحديات الإنتاج والموثوقية والأداء والتشغيل.
  • إعداد الوثائق الهندسية والتسليمات الفنية لدعم تنفيذ المشروع عالي الجودة.
  • تيسير مراجعات التصميم الفنية مع فرق الهندسة والمقاولين والمصنعين وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم متعددة التخصصات وأنشطة تكامل الأنظمة.
  • دعم اختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء والتشغيل والتحقق من أداء أنظمة طاقة الجر والمعدات ذات الصلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في هندسة أنظمة إمداد طاقة الجر (TPSS)، ويفضل في مشاريع المترو أو السكك الحديدية أو القطارات فائقة السرعة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تسليم أنظمة طاقة الجر وكهربة السكك الحديدية في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة الطاقة ذات الجهد العالي (HV) والجهد المنخفض (LV) المرتبطة بشبكات السكك الحديدية والنقل.
  • فهم شامل للمعايير الوطنية والدولية المتعلقة بأنظمة طاقة السكك الحديدية وعملياتها.
  • خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة طاقة جر التيار المتردد (AC) والتيار المستمر (DC).
  • خبرة مع محطات طاقة جر تيار مستمر 600V/750V DC وأنظمة كهربة سكك حديدية 25kV.
  • معرفة بمحولات التردد وأنظمة تخفيف التيار الشارد والبنية التحتية لكابلات المسار الجانبية.
  • خبرة مع قواطع الدائرة والمفاتيح الكهربائية والمحولات والمقومات وأنظمة الحماية.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة SCADA و PLC وأنظمة حماية السكك الحديدية.
  • فهم أنظمة الكاتينيري العلوية وأنظمة كهربة السكة الثالثة.
  • خبرة في إجراء دراسات تدفق الحمل والقصر وتنسيق الحماية.
  • مهارات قيادية قوية، وإعداد تقارير فنية، وحل المشكلات، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بإلكترونيات القوى وأنظمة التحكم وأنظمة الحماية.
  • فهم تقنيات المحولات متعددة الوحدات (multi-modular converter).
  • خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى للمترو والنقل والسكك الحديدية أو النقل.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Power Supply Engineer to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage Traction Power Supply System (TPSS) construction activities and ensure successful delivery of railway electrification works.
  • Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, project procedures, and applicable standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers, technicians, and project teams involved in traction power and electrical systems.
  • Lead electrical engineering activities, including requirements analysis, specification development, interface definition, component selection, simulation, and power system design.
  • Develop engineering calculations, technical models, and design solutions for railway power supply systems.
  • Prepare power system studies for AC and DC electrified railway systems.
  • Perform computer simulations and analyses, including load flow, short-circuit, motor-starting, and protection coordination studies.
  • Conduct site investigations and inspections at substations, traction power facilities, and railway corridors.
  • Prepare technical proposals, engineering reports, and cost estimates as required.
  • Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of traction power and electrical equipment.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and reports to project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership for AC and DC railway electrification system design projects.
  • Review complete project documentation, including design packages, as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, installation procedures, and commissioning plans.
  • Design and review power supply assemblies to ensure compliance with project specifications and performance requirements.
  • Verify that designs meet applicable technical, safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop solutions to address production, reliability, performance, and operational challenges.
  • Prepare engineering documentation and technical deliverables to support quality project execution.
  • Facilitate technical design reviews with engineering teams, contractors, manufacturers, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and systems integration activities.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance verification of traction power systems and related equipment.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Traction Power Supply System Engineering, preferably on metro, railway, or high-speed rail projects.
  • Proven experience delivering traction power and railway electrification systems on major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HV and LV power systems associated with railway and rail transit networks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of national and international standards related to railway power systems and operations.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of AC and DC traction power systems.
  • Experience with 600V/750V DC traction power substations and 25kV railway electrification systems.
  • Knowledge of frequency converters, stray current mitigation systems, and wayside cable infrastructure.
  • Experience with circuit breakers, switchgear, transformers, rectifiers, and protection systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and railway protection systems.
  • Understanding of overhead catenary systems and third-rail electrification systems.
  • Experience conducting load flow, short-circuit, and protection coordination studies.
  • Strong leadership, technical reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
