المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العقد.
  • إعداد ومراجعة المقدمات الفنية والتقارير وخطط العمل.
  • مراقبة جدول المشروع والإنتاجية.
  • دعم تتبع الكميات وإعداد تقارير التقدم.
  • المساعدة في عمليات التفتيش والاجتماعات الفنية.
  • حل المشكلات الفنية والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الحفاظ على وثائق المشروع وسجلاته.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة الهندسية اليومية.
  • مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات والوثائق الفنية.
  • دعم التخطيط وتخصيص الموارد.
  • التنسيق مع العميل وترتيب خطة التفتيش والتواصل مع الفرق الميدانية.
  • مراقبة تقدم العمل وجودته.
  • مراجعة التوصية بالموافقة على الوثائق الفنية.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة الهندسية مع فرق المشروع.
  • رفع الاستفسارات الفنية والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • إيقاف الأنشطة الهندسية غير الآمنة أو غير الممتثلة والإبلاغ عنها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع شبكات الصرف الصحي، أو فحص الكاميرات التلفزيونية CCTV، أو البنية التحتية، أو مشاريع المرافق.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة مع شركة المياه الوطنية NWC أو مشاريع مماثلة.
  • معرفة جيدة بتوثيق المشاريع وبيانات الطرق (Method Statements) والتقارير الفنية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
  • يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية نظراً للتنقل المتكرر بين مواقع المشروع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (تواصل شفهي وكتابي).
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
  • إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وتوثيق المشاريع.
  • مهارات قوية في التنسيق وإعداد التقارير وحل المشكلات.
  • يفضل الإلمام بنظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS.
  • مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية والموضوعية والالتزام بسياسات الشركة.
  • القدرة على العمل collaboratively مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • دقة عالية مع تركيز قوي على الامتثال والجودة.
  • المبادرة والقدرة على حل المشكلات تحت الضغط.

The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all technical aspects

of the CCTV Sewer Inspection Project. The role ensures compliance with contract requirements, project

specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements while coordinating with field teams, client

representatives, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Prepare and review technical submittals, reports, and work plans.
  • Monitor project schedule and productivity.
  • Support quantity tracking and progress reporting.
  • Assist in inspections and technical meetings.
  • Resolve technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.

Roles:

  • Coordinate daily engineering activities.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Support planning and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with client and arrange inspection plan and liaise with field teams.
  • Monitor work progress and quality.

Authorities:

  • Review and recommend approval of technical documents.
  • Coordinate engineering activities with project teams.
  • Raise technical queries and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stop and report unsafe or non-compliant engineering activities

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sewer networks, CCTV inspection, infrastructure, or utility projects.
  • Experience with NWC or similar utility projects is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of project documentation, Method Statements, and technical reporting

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
