The Project coordinator supports the Project Engineer in preparing reports, technical submittal, permit requests,
coordinating, and executing all technical aspects of the CCTV Sewer Inspection Project. The role ensures
compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements while
coordinating with field teams, client representatives, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Prepare technical submittals, reports, and work plans.
- Monitor project schedule and productivity.
- Support quantity tracking and progress reporting.
- Maintain project documentation and records
Roles:
- Daily data recording for the inspection.
- Assist in raising inspection requests for CCTV Inspections
- Preparation of reports and submission to client
- Keep record of all reports and project documents
- Assist with all required office work.
Skills (including language proficiency):
- Fluent English communication
- Fluent Arabic communication
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD and project documentation
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is preferred
- Driving license would be advantage

Requirements
Education
Graduate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, GIS, and data entry.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data entry, secretarial work, document control, and day-to-day office administration.
- Good knowledge of project documentation, technical reporting and site coordination
