نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيلعب محلل الإحصاء دوراً محورياً في دعم مراقبة الأداء واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات عبر عمليات المشروع. هذه الوظيفة ضرورية لضمان دقة وسلامة وتحليل فعال لبيانات العمليات، مع دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر من خلال التقييم الإحصائي وإعداد التقارير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل بيانات العمليات وتقارير المراقبة الميدانية المقدمة من المقاولين وفرق الإشراف.
- تطوير وتقييم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لجميع خدمات النظافة، بما في ذلك الكنس والتجميع والنقل وعمليات المكبات.
- استخدام أدوات ومنهجيات التحليل الإحصائي لتقييم اتجاهات الأداء وتحديد الأنماط.
- إعداد تقارير تحليلية شهرية وربع سنوية وسنوية تبرز الإنجازات واتجاهات الأداء والانحرافات.
- تصميم وصيانة لوحات معلومات تفاعلية لتصوير الأداء التشغيلي والمقاييس الرئيسية.
- إجراء تحليلات مقارنة عبر المناطق والعقود لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف وفرص التحسين.
- تحليل بيانات الشكاوى الواردة عبر نظام 940 وربط النتائج بمؤشرات جودة الخدمة.
- التعاون مع أخصائي الجودة ومدير المشروع لتحسين النماذج التحليلية وأدوات دعم القرار.
- تقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.
- ضمان دقة واكتمال وسلامة البيانات المستخدمة في تقارير المشروع الرسمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإحصاء أو تحليل البيانات أو علوم البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تحليل البيانات أو قياس الأداء أو إعداد التقارير الإحصائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية أو تدريب رسمي في أدوات التحليل الإحصائي مثل SPSS أو برامج مكافئة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أدوات التحليل الإحصائي وتصور البيانات، بما في ذلك SPSS وMicrosoft Excel وPower BI.

Role Summary:
The Statistical Analyst will play a key role in supporting performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making across project operations. This position is essential to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effective analysis of operational data while supporting continuous improvement initiatives through statistical evaluation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data and field monitoring reports submitted by contractors and supervision teams
- Develop and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all cleaning services, including sweeping, collection, transfer, and landfill operations
- Utilize statistical analysis tools and methodologies to evaluate performance trends and identify patterns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports highlighting achievements, performance trends, and deviations
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize operational performance and key metrics
- Conduct comparative analyses across zones and contracts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze complaints data received through the 940 system and correlate findings with service quality indicators
- Collaborate with the Quality Specialist and Project Manager to enhance analytical models and decision-support tools
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in official project reports
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, statistical reporting, or a related field.
- Professional certification or formal training in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or equivalent software.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, including SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
