تعلن شركة Applus+ Asia Middle East and Africa عن توفر وظيفة مساح مراقبة (Surveyor Monitoring) في الرياض، السعودية، حيث يعمل المساح تحت إشراف مهندس المسح (المراقبة) / مدير مراقبة المسح، ويتولى مسؤولية تنفيذ أنشطة المسح الميدانية والمراقبة لقياس وتسجيل الحركة والهبوط والتشوه والسلوك الإنشائي لأصول المشروع والبنية التحتية المجاورة، ودعم فريق المراقبة في ضمان سلامة وأمان المنشآت خلال مرحلتي البناء والتشغيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء مسوحات المراقبة اليومية في المواقع المحددة وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • قياس الهبوط والإزاحة والحركة والتشوه في المنشآت والبنية التحتية.
  • تنفيذ مسوحات تسوية دقيقة ورصد المراقبة.
  • تركيب وفحص وصيانة أهداف المراقبة والنقاط المرجعية (benchmarks) والمنشورات (prisms) والنقاط المرجعية الثابتة.
  • التحقق من حالة واستقرار شبكات الضبط المساحية.
  • تشغيل وصيانة معدات المسح والمراقبة، ومنها: المحطات الشاملة الآلية (Robotic Total Stations) - الميزانيات الرقمية (Digital Levels) - أجهزة GNSS/GPS - الميزانيات الدقيقة - منشورات المراقبة - مقاييس الشقوق (Crack Gauges) - مقاييس الميل (Tiltmeters) - مقاييس الانحدار (Inclinometers).
  • ضمان العناية والتخزين المناسبين ومعايرة معدات المسح.
  • جمع وتسجيل ملاحظات المراقبة بدقة وبشكل كامل.
  • رفع وتنظيم بيانات المسح وفقًا لإجراءات المشروع.
  • التحقق من القياسات الميدانية والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات المراقبة وسجلات المسح.
  • دعم مهندسي المسح في إنشاء وصيانة شبكات الضبط.
  • المساعدة في فحص ومراجعة أنظمة المراقبة الآلية.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة المراقبة الطارئة عند تجاوز حدود الحركة.
  • الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حركة غير طبيعية أو أهداف تالفة أو أعطال في المعدات.
  • الامتثال لإجراءات المسح الخاصة بالمشروع ومتطلبات ضمان الجودة.
  • اتباع جميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية وفقًا لبيانات الأسلوب المعتمدة (Method Statements) وتقييمات المخاطر.
  • ضمان دقة وموثوقية جميع القياسات التي يتم جمعها.
  • التنسيق اليومي للأنشطة مع مهندسي المسح وفرق البناء في الموقع.
  • المساعدة في ترتيبات الوصول والتفتيش الميداني.
  • إبلاغ الملاحظات والنتائج الميدانية للمشرفين في الوقت المناسب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في المساحة أو الجيوماتكس أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضّل حملة درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في أعمال المسح والمراقبة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع المترو أو السكك الحديدية أو الأنفاق أو البنية التحتية أو مشاريع البناء الكبيرة تُعتبر أفضلية.
  • خبرة في برامج مراقبة الهبوط والتشوه مرغوبة بشدة.
  • يفضّل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع مترو الرياض أو السكك الحديدية أو الأنفاق.
  • يفضّل الإلمام بأنظمة المراقبة الآلية مثل Leica GeoMoS أو Trimble 4D.
  • يفضّل خبرة في مراقبة الحفريات العميقة والمحطات.
  • يفضّل خبرة في مراقبة هبوط المباني والمرافق.
  • يفضّل خبرة في مراقبة تقارب أنفاق آلات حفر الأنفاق (TBM) والأنفاق.
  • يفضّل خبرة في المراقبة الإنشائية للجسور والجسور العلوية (viaducts) والجدران الاستنادية.

Reports To: Survey Engineer (Monitoring) / Survey Monitoring Manager

Position Summary

The Surveyor (Monitoring) is responsible for carrying out field survey and monitoring activities to measure and record movement, settlement, deformation, and structural behavior of project assets and adjacent infrastructure. The role involves operating survey instruments, collecting monitoring data, maintaining survey control points, and supporting the monitoring team in ensuring the safety and integrity of structures throughout construction and operational phases.

Responsibilities

Survey & Monitoring Operations

  • Perform daily monitoring surveys at designated locations in accordance with project requirements
  • Measure settlement, displacement, movement, and deformation of structures and infrastructure
  • Conduct precise leveling surveys and monitoring observations
  • Install, inspect, and maintain monitoring targets, benchmarks, prisms, and reference points
  • Verify the condition and stability of survey control networks. Instrument Operation
  • Operate and maintain survey and monitoring equipment, including:
  • Robotic Total Stations - Digital Levels - GNSS/GPS Receivers - Precise Levels - Monitoring Prisms - Crack Gauges -Tiltmeters - Inclinometers
  • Ensure proper care, storage, and calibration status of survey equipment

Data Collection

  • Collect and record monitoring observations accurately and completely
  • Upload and organize survey data according to project procedures
  • Verify field measurements and report any discrepancies
  • Maintain monitoring logs and survey records

Monitoring Support

  • Support Survey Engineers in establishing and maintaining control networks
  • Assist in automated monitoring system inspections and checks
  • Participate in emergency monitoring activities when movement thresholds are exceeded
  • Report any unusual movement, damaged targets, or equipment malfunctions immediately

Quality & Safety

  • Comply with project survey procedures and QA/QC requirements
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct field activities in accordance with approved method statements and risk assessments
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of all measurements collected

Coordination

  • Coordinate daily activities with survey engineers and site construction teams
  • Assist with access arrangements and site inspections
  • Communicate field observations and findings to supervisors promptly

Requirements

Qualifications Education

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is considered an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in surveying and monitoring works
  • Experience in metro, railway, tunneling, infrastructure, or large construction projects preferred
  • Experience with settlement and deformation monitoring programs is highly desirable

Technical Skills

  • Ability to operate Total Stations, Digital Levels, and GNSS equipment
  • Knowledge of construction surveying and monitoring principles
  • Experience in:
  • Precise Levelling - Settlement Monitoring - Deformation Monitoring - Tunnel Monitoring - Control Point Maintenance
  • Familiarity with Leica and Trimble survey equipment
  • Basic knowledge of survey software and data processing tools
