Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead and oversee customer experience, compliance, inspection, and field operation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from planning and execution through monitoring, reporting, and successful delivery. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and experience managing large-scale operational projects within government, consulting, or service-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and performance through regular reporting and status updates
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project success
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance
- Oversee field operations, inspections, assessments, or customer experience programs as required
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, quality standards, and contractual requirements
- Prepare and present project reports, executive summaries, and performance dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to project execution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience managing government, consulting, inspection, compliance, customer experience, or field operation projects
- Strong project planning, governance, reporting, client coordination, risk management, and team leadership skills
- Previous experience managing customer experience measurement, mystery beneficiary, or mystery shopping programs is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer experience, mystery shopping, insurance, compliance, auditing, or quality assurance projects
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent are advantageous
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
