Company Description Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company (Dussur), Saudi Aramco, and Doosan Heavy Industries, located in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Role Description The Laboratory Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khair. This role oversees daily laboratory operations, including planning and supervising testing activities that support casting and forging production and quality assurance. The Laboratory Supervisor ensures proper use, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment, implements and monitors quality control procedures, and verifies that test results meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing laboratory staff schedules and performance, training team members on safety and testing protocols, and coordinating with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues. The role also involves documenting and reporting analytical findings, optimizing laboratory workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance management.
• Candidates should possess Medical Technology and Laboratory Equipment skills, with experience in operating, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory instruments relevant to casting and forging processes.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control and Analytical Skills, with the ability to conduct, interpret, and validate tests to ensure product and process compliance.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in laboratory science, materials science, chemistry, metallurgy, or a related technical field.
• Experience in industrial, metallurgical, or manufacturing laboratories, preferably within casting, forging, or oil and gas sectors.
• Knowledge of safety standards, ISO or other quality management systems, and laboratory best practices.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills, with proficiency in using laboratory information systems and productivity software.
• Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khair, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
