شركة طويق للصب والتشكيل تبحث عن مفتش جودة CMM للعمل في ورشة التصنيع بقسم العمليات في مدينة رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل أجهزة CMM لإجراء فحص العينة الأولى والفحص أثناء التصنيع والفحص النهائي.
  • تفسير الرسومات الهندسية ورموز GD&T وبيانات CAD.
  • إجراء التحقق من الأبعاد باستخدام أدوات القياس اليدوية الإضافية مثل الميكرومتر، ومقاييس الارتفاع، والفرجار، ومقاييس التجويف.
  • تسجيل وتحليل نتائج الفحص وفقًا لمعايير الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
  • إنشاء وتحرير برامج الفحص على أجهزة CMM من نوع Mullen باستخدام برنامج Inca3D.
  • تحميل القطع والمثبتات على طاولة CMM مع ضمان المحاذاة والتثبيت الصحيحين.
  • معايرة أجهزة CMM وفقًا للجدول الزمني والحفاظ على دقة الماكينة.
  • إصدار تقارير الفحص والحفاظ على سجلات الجودة.
  • توثيق جميع الانحرافات وعدم المطابقة والعيوب التي يتم اكتشافها أثناء الفحص.
  • إبلاغ نتائج الفحص لفرق الإنتاج والهندسة لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع عمليات الفحص لمعايير ISO 9001 وAPI أو أي معايير أخرى ذات صلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو التصنيع أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة مفتش CMM تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في الفحص البعدي باستخدام أجهزة CMM.
  • خبرة مثبتة في فحص القطع الكبيرة ومنتجات API 6A وAPI 5B.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بهندسة الأبعاد والتسامح (GD&T).
  • خبرة عملية مع أجهزة CMM من نوع Mullen وبرنامج برمجة Inca3D.
  • إتقان قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية ونماذج CAD.
  • الإلمام بمعايير الجودة ISO وAPI.
  • تركيز قوي على السلامة والجودة والدقة.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل مع مهارات تحليلية قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

Description

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a precise and technically skilled CMM Quality Inspector to join the Machining Shop within the Operations Division. Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for performing dimensional inspection of manufactured components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), ensuring all parts meet engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications through rigorous verification of dimensions, geometries, and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CMM equipment to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and CAD data
  • Conduct dimensional verification using additional manual measuring tools including micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and bore gauges
  • Record and analyse inspection results in accordance with company quality standards
  • Create and edit CMM inspection programs on Mullen CMM equipment using Inca3D software
  • Load parts and fixtures on the CMM table, ensuring proper alignment and clamping
  • Calibrate CMM equipment as per schedule and maintain machine accuracy
  • Generate inspection reports and maintain quality records
  • Document all deviations, non-conformances, and defects identified during inspection
  • Communicate inspection results to production and engineering teams for corrective action
  • Ensure all inspection processes comply with ISO 9001, API, or other relevant standards.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • CMM Inspector certification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in dimensional inspection using CMM equipment
  • Proven experience in inspecting large components and API 6A and 5B products.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Hands-on experience with Mullen CMM equipment and Inca3D programming software
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models
  • Familiarity with ISO and API quality standards.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
