شركة Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company تبحث عن مهندس ضمان جودة (QA Engineer) للعمل في الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية. سيعمل المهندس تحت إشراف مدير ضمان الجودة ويدعم تطبيق وصيانة نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) لضمان امتثال منتجات الصب والطرق والتشغيل والمعالجة الحرارية واللحام والإصلاح والمنتجات النهائية لمتطلبات العملاء والمواصفات الهندسية والإجراءات الداخلية والمعايير الدولية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ وصيانة نظام إدارة الجودة وفقاً لمتطلبات ISO 9001 وAPI Q1 وAPI 20A وAPI 20B.
  • إعداد ومراجعة وتحديث الإجراءات وتعليمات العمل والنماذج وسجلات الجودة.
  • ضمان التحكم الفعال في الوثائق وحالة المراجعة عبر جميع الأقسام.
  • دعم أنشطة التدقيق الداخلي ومراجعة الإدارة.
  • تعزيز التحسين المستمر والتفكير القائم على المخاطر في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
  • مراقبة أنشطة الصب والطرق والتشغيل والمعالجة الحرارية والفحص للتأكد من الامتثال للإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق العمليات وتحديد الفجوات أو الانحرافات أثناء التصنيع.
  • ضمان إمكانية تتبع المواد الخام وأرقام الحرارة والدفعات والمنتجات النهائية.
  • دعم تقليل العيوب والخردة وإعادة العمل والتباين في العمليات.
  • التحقق من تنفيذ خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITP) في جميع المراحل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لأنشطة التصنيع لمواصفات ASME وASTM وAPI وISO ومواصفات العملاء.
  • مراجعة أوامر الشراء والرسومات وصحائف البيانات والمتطلبات الفنية.
  • الحفاظ على نسخ محدثة من القوانين والمعايير الدولية المعمول بها.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة ومراقبة الجودة والإنتاج للتوضيحات الفنية.
  • دعم وثائق موافقات التأهيل والإجراءات والامتثال للمنتج.
  • المشاركة في تدقيق تأهيل الموردين والتقييمات الدورية للموردين.
  • مراقبة أداء الموردين المتعلق بالجودة والشهادات والامتثال للتسليم.
  • رفع تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) لعدم المطابقات الداخلية والمرتبطة بالموردين.
  • دعم تحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
  • ضمان الفصل والتحديد والتصرف السليم للمنتجات غير المطابقة.
  • التنسيق لمعايرة معدات القياس والاختبار وفقاً للجدول الزمني.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات الجودة الدقيقة والتقارير ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وملخصات الإدارة.
  • دعم تدقيق العملاء والتدقيق الخارجي وتقييمات الاعتماد.
  • التنسيق مع فرق مراقبة الجودة والإنتاج والفحص غير التدميري والمختبر والمستودع والمشتريات بشأن مسائل الجودة.
  • إجراء تدريب على الوعي بالجودة وتعزيز ثقافة تركز على الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة المعدنية أو هندسة المواد أو الهندسة الصناعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في ضمان الجودة في بيئة مسبك أو طرق أو تشغيل أو صمامات أو نفط وغاز أو تصنيع ثقيل.
  • خبرة في توثيق نظام إدارة الجودة والتدقيق والمراجعات الفنية للعملاء (يفضل).
  • معرفة بأنظمة ISO 9001 وAPI Q1؛ الإلمام بـ API 20A وAPI 20B (يفضل).
  • شهادة مدقق داخلي أو مدقق رئيسي (يفضل).
  • معرفة بمعايير ASME وASTM وMSS وEN (يفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليل السبب الجذري وأنظمة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
  • تحليل البيانات وإعداد تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
  • معرفة بأنظمة ERP أو SAP أو Oracle أو MES (يفضل).
  • مهارات قوية في كتابة التقارير والتحكم في الوثائق.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • قدرة على القيادة والتنسيق بين الأقسام.
  • دقيق ومنضبط مع عقلية تحليلية قوية.

Description

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a technically competent and quality-driven QA Engineer to join the Quality Assurance Division. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, welding repair, and final products comply with customer purchase orders, engineering specifications, internal procedures, and applicable international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System Control

  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, API Q1, API 20A, and API 20B requirements
  • Prepare, review, and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records
  • Ensure effective document control and revision status across all departments
  • Support internal audits and management review activities
  • Promote continual improvement and risk-based thinking throughout the organization.

Production Process Quality Assurance

  • Monitor casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, and inspection activities for compliance with approved procedures
  • Conduct process audits and identify gaps or deviations during manufacturing
  • Ensure traceability of raw materials, heat numbers, batches, and finished products
  • Support reduction of defects, scrap, rework, and process variation
  • Verify implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) at all stages.

Standards & Technical Compliance

  • Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, and customer specifications
  • Review purchase orders, drawings, datasheets, and technical requirements
  • Maintain updated copies of applicable international codes and standards
  • Coordinate technical clarifications with Engineering, QC, and Production teams
  • Support qualification approvals, procedures, and product compliance documentation.

Supplier Quality & Non-Conformance Control

  • Participate in supplier qualification audits and periodic supplier evaluations
  • Monitor supplier performance related to quality, certification, and delivery compliance
  • Raise NCRs for internal and supplier-related non-conformities
  • Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure proper segregation, identification, and disposition of non-conforming products.

Reporting, Calibration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate calibration of measuring and testing equipment as per schedule
  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, KPIs, and management summaries
  • Support customer audits, third-party audits, and certification assessments
  • Coordinate with QC, Production, NDE, Lab, Warehouse, and Procurement teams on quality matters
  • Conduct quality awareness training and promote a quality-focused culture.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in QA within a foundry, forging, machining, valve, oil and gas, or heavy manufacturing environment
  • Experience in QMS documentation, audits, and technical customer reviews is preferred.

Certifications & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1 systems; familiarity with API 20A and API 20B is preferred
  • Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, MSS, and EN standards is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Root cause analysis and CAPA systems
  • Data analysis and KPI reporting
  • Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Oracle, or MES systems is preferred
  • Strong report writing and documentation control.
