تعلن شركة Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company عن توفر وظيفة Visual QC Inspector في مدينة رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء الفحص البصري للمسبوكات والمطروقات يوميًا وفقًا لإجراءات الجودة الداخلية ومواصفات العملاء والمعايير الدولية.
  • الفحص البعدي الحرج وفقًا للرسم والمواصفات والإجراءات الداخلية على قطع الإنتاج العادية.
  • مساعدة مهندس مراقبة الجودة في إعداد خطة الفحص (ITP) ومعايير فحص الجودة.
  • فحص متطلبات الوسم والتتبع وفقًا لإجراءات ومواصفات الجودة.
  • الحفاظ على مستندات وسجلات مراقبة الجودة المتعلقة بالفحص النهائي والفحص البصري.
  • إجراء اختبارات خاصة مثل PMI وفحص الصلادة حسب متطلبات العميل.
  • الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات والرفض وعدم المطابقة لمهندس أو مدير مراقبة الجودة.
  • التحقق من فعالية تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) الداخلية والخارجية المتعلقة بالمنتج.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات الفحص المتعلقة بـ API 20A / 20B وفقًا للإجراءات.
  • الفحص النهائي للمسبوكات والمطروقات وفقًا لإجراءات الجودة ومواصفات العملاء.
  • مساعدة فريق مراقبة الجودة في عمليات فحص أخرى مثل فحص المواد الخام والاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDE) عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHSS) والترتيب المنزلي في منطقة الفحص.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المؤهل الدراسي: ITI / دبلوم / درجة جامعية أو ما يعادلها.
  • الشهادات: ASNT Level II في الفحص البصري و ISO 9712 (يفضل)، ASNT Level II في MT / PT (يفضل).
  • الخبرة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في صناعة المسبوكات الفولاذية في الفحص البصري ومراقبة الجودة؛ خبرة في المطروقات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • القدرة على فهم معايير المواد والفحص مثل ASME وASTM وISO وEN.
  • معرفة عملية بطرق الاختبار غير الإتلافي (NDT) MT و PT.
  • الفحص البعدي للمسبوكات والمطروقات.
  • معرفة عملية بأجهزة الاختبار المحمولة مثل PMI / جهاز قياس الصلادة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية ومعايير الفحص وإجراءات الاختبار.
  • فهم قوي لطرق الفحص البصري MSS SP 55 و Scrata.
  • معرفة أنواع العيوب النمطية في المسبوكات والمطروقات.
  • خبرة عملية في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.
  • لياقة بدنية للعمل الميداني والقدرة على العمل في الأماكن المغلقة أو المرتفعة عند الحاجة.

Description

Position Title: QC Inspector - Visual

Position ID: QLTY-008

Department: Quality

Function: Quality Control

Reports To: QC Engineer

The QC Inspector will perform visual inspection and final inspection on cast and forged parts to ensure full compliance with client specifications, internal quality procedures, and international codes (e.g., EN, ISO, ASME, ASTM). This role is critical for verifying product quality and releasing to customer or internal machine shop in coordination with production and quality team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out visual inspection of castings and forgings as per internal quality procedures, customer specifications and international standards on daily basis
  • Critical dimensional inspection as per the drawing, specification and internal procedures on regular production parts
  • Assisting the QC Engineer on preparation of ITP and quality inspection standards
  • Inspection of marking and traceability requirements as per quality procedures and specifications
  • Maintain quality control documents and records related to final inspection and visual inspection
  • Carry out special testing such as PMI and hardness survey as per customer requirements
  • Report deviation, rejection and non-conformity to the QC Engineer or QC Manager
  • Verification of internal and external product related NCR effectiveness
  • Maintain API 20A / 20B related inspection records as per procedure
  • Final inspection of castings and forgings as per quality procedures and customer specifications
  • Assist the quality control team on other inspections such as raw material inspection and NDE if required
  • Ensure EHSS and housekeeping compliance in the inspection area.

Requirements

Education

  • ITI / Diploma / Degree or equivalent discipline.

Certifications

  • ASNT Level II in Visual Inspection & ISO 9712 (preferred)
  • ASNT Level II in MT / PT (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the steel casting industry in visual inspection and quality control; forging experience is an additional benefit
  • Ability to understand material and inspection codes such as ASME, ASTM, ISO and EN standards
  • Working knowledge on NDT methods MT & PT
  • Dimensional inspection of castings and forgings
  • Working knowledge on portable testing equipment such as PMI / hardness tester.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, inspection standards, and test procedures
  • Strong understanding of MSS SP 55 and Scrata visual inspection methods
  • Knowledge of defect types typical in castings and forgings.

Other Skills

  • Hands-on working experience in MS Office
  • Good communication and reporting abilities
  • Physically fit for fieldwork and capable of working in confined spaces or elevated positions when required.
