تقدم شركة ماس (Mace) فرصة شاغرة للعمل كمدير مساعد لضمان الجودة (Associate Director - Quality Assurance) في مشروع مطار كبير جديد بالرياض، يهدف إلى استقبال 120 مليون مسافر بحلول عام 2030.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- توجيه برنامج التفتيش الإنشائي عبر جميع حزم العمل النشطة، وضمان تخطيط عمليات التفتيش وتوفير الموارد اللازمة وتنفيذها بالوتيرة والدقة المطلوبة.
- وضع معايير الجودة الإنشائية والمواصفات والقوانين، وضمان توافقها التام مع متطلبات العقد والمعايير التنظيمية وسلطات الطيران المختصة.
- قيادة فريق من المفتشين ومهندسي الجودة، ووضع بروتوكولات التفتيش ومتطلبات الكفاءة وتوقعات الأداء عبر جميع التخصصات والحزم.
- الإشراف على إدارة حالات عدم المطابقة، وضمان التحديد السريع والتحقيق في الأسباب الجذرية واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وإغلاق مشكلات الجودة الميدانية.
- فرض مساءلة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن عن جودة الأعمال والمواد والامتثال لطرق العمل المعتمدة وخطط اختبار التفتيش (ITPs).
- رئاسة اجتماعات مراجعة الجودة ومنصات تصعيد التفتيش، وتقديم تقارير عن تغطية التفتيش واتجاهات العيوب والامتثال للمعايير إلى القيادة العليا للبرنامج.
- تدقيق أنظمة إدارة الجودة لدى المقاولين وعمليات مراقبة الجودة في الموقع، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر من خلال التدريب والتوعية بالمعايير وتطبيق الدروس المستفادة عبر فرق الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مجال الجودة الإنشائية أو التفتيش أو تطبيق المعايير، تشمل أدواراً عليا/قيادية في مشاريع رأسمالية كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في برامج المطارات أو النقل أو البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق، مع تطبيق معايير الجودة ومساءلة المقاولين.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة ضمن مكتب إدارة البرامج (PMO) أو وظيفة الجودة في تمكين الأعمال ضمن برنامج رئيسي.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/الإنشائية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير في إدارة الجودة)، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية معتمدة في الجودة (مثل CQI/IRCA أو CMQ/OE أو ما يعادلها).

The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Direct the construction inspection programme across all active work packages, ensuring inspections are planned, resourced, and executed to the required frequency and rigor.
- Establish and enforce construction quality standards, codes, and specifications, ensuring full alignment with contract requirements and applicable regulatory/aviation authority standards.
- Lead a team of inspectors and quality engineers, setting inspection protocols, competency requirements, and performance expectations across all disciplines and packages.
- Oversee non-conformance management, ensuring timely identification, root-cause investigation, corrective action, and closure of quality issues raised in the field.
- Enforce contractor and subcontractor accountability for workmanship, materials compliance, and adherence to approved method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Chair quality review meetings and inspection escalation forums, reporting on inspection coverage, defect trends, and standards compliance to senior programme leadership.
- Audit contractor quality management systems and site quality control processes, and champion a culture of continuous improvement through training, standards awareness, and lessons-learned across site teams.
- 20+ years of experience in construction quality, inspection, or standards enforcement, including senior/leadership roles on major capital projects.
- Proven experience on airport, transportation, or other large-scale infrastructure programmes, enforcing quality standards and contractor accountability.
- Experience within a Program Management Office or Business Enablement quality function on a major programme is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/construction engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree in Quality Management preferred); relevant professional certification (e.g., CQI/IRCA, CMQ/OE, or equivalent quality/engineering certification) is advantageous.
