Role Purpose
Act as the marketing team's coordinator across both field and office environments - managing the on-ground execution of marketing activations events while supporting planning, coordination, and reporting from the office.
The role ensures activation events are well-prepared, smoothly executed, and properly documented from start to finish.
Engage with attendees, explain the Company's digital services, support users in navigating the company's mobile application, and ensure accurate registration.
Key Responsibilities:
Field / On-Ground
- Serve as the primary on-site point of responsibility for managing the operation of the booth and all its activities, including supporting user navigation on the mobile application and ensuring accurate registration
- Attend and oversee marketing activations on-site in the main city and other regions, ensuring each one runs to plan and to brand standards.
- Identify and resolve issues in real time, make sound decisions under pressure, and escalate when necessary.
Office-Based
- Support pre-activation planning, timelines, logistics, and material readiness from the office.
- Assist the wider marketing team with day-to-day tasks, coordination, and deliverables between events.
- Compile post-activation reports covering execution, outcomes, budgets, issues, and recommendations; maintain organized records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on requirements and timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple activations at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
- Attention to detail across logistics, setup, and reporting.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office / PowerPoint / Excel) for planning and reporting.
- Ability to balance desk-based work with frequent fieldwork.
- A team player who can also work independently on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field.
- Willingness to travel across regions and work flexible hours during activations and Events.
- Valid driver's license and ability to be on-site as needed.
- Physically able to be present during setup and installation for extended periods.
