تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis في الرياض إلى توظيف مدير مشاريع أول (متاحف/مؤسسات ثقافية) للإشراف على تطوير ثقافي بارز يدمج التراث والابتكار والاستدامة عبر أصول ثقافية متعددة. سيتولى المرشح قيادة وتنسيق نطاق العمل لإدارة تصميم المعارض والإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشاريع المتاحف المتخصصة والمؤسسات الثقافية وتجارب الزوار.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مدير المشاريع الأول مسؤولاً عن قيادة التنسيق والتنفيذ والتسليم لمعارض المتاحف عالمية المستوى والتجارب الثقافية بدءاً من التصميم المبدئي وحتى التصنيع والتركيب والتشغيل والتسليم. يضمن أن تكون بيئات المعارض والشاشات التفسيرية وأنظمة الوسائط المتعددة وواجهات العرض والرسومات والقطع الأثرية وعناصر تجربة الزوار وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية مع تحقيق أهداف المشروع وجداوله الزمنية وميزانياته ومتطلبات الحفاظ. يعمل الأخصائي كواجهة رئيسية بين أصحاب المصلحة في المتحف والمصممين والمهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين وفنيي التركيب ومتكاملي الوسائط المتعددة وأخصائيي الحفظ وفرق إدارة المشاريع طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تطوير تصميم المعارض من التصميم المبدئي وحتى التصميم التفصيلي والتنفيذ، ومراجعة الوثائق المفاهيمية والتفصيلية والإنشائية.
- ضمان توافق تصاميم المعارض مع السرديات القصصية واستراتيجيات تجربة الزوار والمتطلبات التشغيلية، وتنسيق فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات (مصممي معارض، مصممي داخلي، مهندسين معماريين، مصممي جرافيك، مصممي إضاءة، مستشاري سمعي بصري، مصممي خبرات، أخصائيي حفظ).
- تسهيل ورش التصميم ومراجعات أصحاب المصلحة، ومراقبة مخرجات التصميم لضمان الامتثال لمراحل المشروع.
- الإشراف على أعمال التركيب والتجهيز في الموقع، ومراقبة أداء المقاولين والفنيين وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة، وإجراء تفتيشات منتظمة للتحقق من جودة العمل والامتثال.
- مراجعة منهجيات العمل والمخططات التنفيذية ومقدمات المواد، وضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير المتاحف الدولية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة، وتحديد مخاطر الإنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- إدارة عمليات تصنيع المعارض بما في ذلك تفتيش المصانع ومراجعة النماذج الأولية والعينات ومنهجيات التصنيع، ومراقبة الجودة والامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة.
- الإشراف على تصميم وتصنيع واجهات العرض وأنظمة العرض، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات حفظ القطع الأثرية (التحكم في درجة الحرارة والرطوبة والإضاءة والأمن والمراقبة البيئية)، وتنسيق تركيب القطع ودعاماتها.
- تنسيق دمج أنظمة الوسائط المتعددة والسمعي بصري داخل المعارض (الشاشات التفاعلية، أنظمة العرض، شاشات LED، البيئات الغامرة، الأنظمة الصوتية)، وضمان عمل التجارب التفاعلية وفق أهداف تجربة المستخدم وإدارة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل.
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة جودة المعارض، وإجراء تفتيشات ومراجعات جودة، والتحقق من الامتثال لقصد التصميم والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير المتاحف وإمكانية الوصول ولوائح السلامة.
- مراقبة جداول المشروع وجداول تسليم المعارض، وتنسيق أنشطة التصميم والتصنيع والمشتريات والتركيب، وتحديد مخاطر الجدول واقتراح خطط التعافي، وتتبع التقدم مقابل المعالم ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وإعداد تقارير التقدم والتحديثات.
- العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمصنعين وفرق تشغيل المتاحف، وتسهيل اجتماعات أصحاب المصلحة، وتقديم تحديثات المشروع للإدارة العليا والممثلين الحكوميين، وإدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم مشتريات مقاولي المعارض والموردين المتخصصين، ومراجعة العروض الفنية وتقييم قدرات المقاولين، والمشاركة في عمليات توضيح المناقصات، ومراجعة التغييرات والمطالبات وطلبات التغيير.
- إدارة أنشطة اختبار وتشغيل المعارض، والتحقق من وظائف أنظمة المعارض وتجارب الزوار، وتنسيق مراجعات الجاهزية التشغيلية، والإشراف على تدريب موظفي تشغيل المتاحف، وضمان إتمام قوائم المتابعة وتصحيح العيوب، ومراجعة وثائق "كما تم البناء" والضمانات وأدلة الصيانة، ودعم التسليم النهائي والتحضيرات الافتتاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو دراسات المتاحف أو تصميم المعارض أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في تصميم المعارض أو مشاريع المتاحف أو التطورات الثقافية أو مناطق جذب الزوار.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع متاحف بارزة في الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في الإشراف على مقاولي تركيب وتجهيز المعارض المتخصصين.

- Proven experience delivering high-profile museum projects in the Middle East.
