تسعى شركة Mace، الرائدة عالميًا في مجال البنية التحتية، إلى تعيين مدير أول لإدارة المخاطر في قطاع السكك الحديدية (Senior Risk Manager Rail) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، لدعم توسعها في برامج النقل الطموحة بالشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتقديم أداء إدارة المخاطر عبر المهام الموكلة، بما يشمل تطوير وتنفيذ أطر واستراتيجيات فعالة للمخاطر.
- توجيه العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق المشروع في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالمخاطر، مع بناء علاقات مهنية قوية وتلبية توقعات العملاء.
- تقديم إرشادات خبراء حول عمليات المخاطر، وضمان التحديد والتقييم والتصعيد والإدارة الفعالة للمخاطر التي تؤثر على أهداف المشروع الرئيسية.
- تيسير وقيادة ورش عمل للمخاطر، والعمل مع مديري المشاريع لتحديد الفرص واستراتيجيات التخفيف وتقليل التعرض العام للمخاطر.
- ضمان وضع خطط تخفيف المخاطر، وتعيين مالكيها، وتتبع الإجراءات ودمجها في خطط المشروع.
- قيادة تقديم التحليل الكمي للمخاطر من حيث التكلفة والجدول الزمني، بما في ذلك تقييم كفاية الاحتياطيات ضمن دورات إعداد التقارير المنتظمة.
- إنتاج وعرض تقارير شاملة عن المخاطر لكل من العملاء والفرق الداخلية، وضمان الامتثال لأطر الحوكمة والتشريعات ذات الصلة.
- إدارة وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق، ودعم تخطيط الموارد والتوظيف، ودمج المخاطر مع وظائف التخطيط وإدارة البرامج، وتعزيز أهداف الاستدامة بما في ذلك تقليل الكربون.

We Are Looking For Experienced Professionals Across
- Project and Programme Management
- Cost and Commercial Management
- Project Controls and Planning
- Accountable for leading and delivering risk management performance across assigned commissions, including development and implementation of effective risk frameworks and strategies.
- Directs clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on all risk-related matters while building strong professional relationships and meeting client expectations.
- Provides expert guidance on risk processes, ensuring effective identification, assessment, escalation, and management of risks impacting key project objectives.
- Facilitates and leads risk workshops, working with project managers to identify opportunities, mitigation strategies, and minimise overall risk exposure.
- Ensures risk mitigation plans are developed, ownership is assigned, and actions are tracked and integrated into project plans.
- Leads the delivery of quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule, including assessment of contingency adequacy within regular reporting cycles.
- Produces and presents comprehensive risk reports to both clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and relevant legislation.
- Manages and mentors team members, supports resource planning and recruitment, integrates risk with planning and PMO functions, and promotes sustainability objectives including carbon reduction.
