شركة Mace تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في الرياض، السعودية، لمسمى Design Compliance Manager - Structures (مدير الامتثال التصميمي - الهياكل) للمشاركة في أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، والذي يشمل تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات مع مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل ضمن فريق المهندس لتقديم مراجعة مستقلة والتحقق والموافقة على مخرجات التصميم والتنفيذ للهندسة المدنية والإنشائية.
- الإشراف على الامتثال التصميمي للهياكل والأعمال المدنية أثناء البناء، وضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع الرسومات المعتمدة والحسابات الهندسية والمواصفات ومتطلبات صاحب العمل.
- مراجعة والموافقة على shop drawings ومواد التسليم وmethod statements ومقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة وطلبات RFIs والمستندات الهندسية.
- تقديم ضمان موقعي لأعمال الهياكل والهندسة المدنية، بما في ذلك الأساسات وأعمال الخرسانة والحديد والأعمال الترابية والطرق والمرافق والجسور والبنية التحتية المرتبطة.
- ضمان الالتزام بنية التصميم المعتمدة والمعايير الهندسية ومتطلبات القابلية للتنفيذ وتوقعات الجودة طوال مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
- تحديد وإدارة الانحرافات التصميمية وعدم الامتثال الفني وتحديات القابلية للتنفيذ والمخاطر الهندسية، ودفع الحلول مع المقاولين واستشاريي التصميم.
- الإشراف على التنسيق بين تخصصات الهياكل والمدنية والجيوتقنية والمعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية، وضمان التكامل الناجح عبر واجهات المشروع المعقدة.
- مراجعة والتحقق من النظم الإنشائية والأعمال المؤقتة ومنهجيات البناء والحلول الهندسية لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الأداء والسلامة والمتانة.
- مراقبة أنشطة البناء لضمان تنفيذ التركيبات الإنشائية والمدنية وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة.
- دعم إصدار تعليمات المهندس والموافقات والمراجعات الفنية وشهادات الامتثال وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- التواصل مع المقاولين وفرق الإشراف والاستشاريين المتخصصين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التفسير الدقيق وتنفيذ المتطلبات الهندسية في الموقع.
- دعم عمليات التفتيش والموافقات والتصاريح والامتثال التنظيمي من الجهات الرسمية.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التفتيش والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم والإغلاق، وضمان تحقيق أهداف التشغيل والجودة.
- تقديم تقارير حول حالة الامتثال التصميمي والمخاطر الفنية وتقدم البناء وأداء الجودة لكبار أصحاب المصلحة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وفرص التخفيض أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الامتثال التصميمي للهياكل والمدنية، أو إدارة التصميم، أو الضمان الهندسي، أو الإشراف على البناء في مشاريع كبرى.
- خبرة قوية في العمل لصالح المهندس أو إلى جانبه في مشاريع كبرى بموجب عقود FIDIC أو نماذج عقود مماثلة.
- خبرة واضحة في مراجعة والموافقة على تسليمات الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية وshop drawings ومنهجيات البناء والأعمال المؤقتة والتركيبات الموقعية.
- خلفية تقنية قوية في الخرسانة المسلحة والحديد الإنشائي والأساسات والأعمال الترابية والبنية التحتية والمرافق والطرق والجسور أو الأعمال الهندسية المدنية الكبرى.
- خبرة في الإشراف على التركيبات الإنشائية وتسلسل البناء والاختبار والتفتيش والامتثال الهندسي أثناء البناء.
- خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع تطوير واسعة النطاق أو معقدة أو عالية المستوى، أو برامج بنية تحتية، أو مشاريع رأسمالية كبرى.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم الهندسي والتحليل الإنشائي ومنهجيات البناء والمواد والمعايير والكودات الهندسية الدولية المطبقة.
- خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط مع معرفة بالمتطلبات الرسمية والتنظيمية (يفضل المملكة العربية السعودية).
- اعتماد مهني مثل CEng أو PE أو MIStructE أو MICE أو PMP أو ما يعادله (مفضل).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والمراجعة الفنية والتواصل الهندسي.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لصالح شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهي مطلوبة للموافقة الهجرية وعند العميل.

Mace is seeking an experienced design compliance manager - structures to support a major programme currently in the construction phase, acting in the capacity of the engineer.
In this role, you will provide independent structural and civil engineering design assurance and compliance oversight, ensuring that all structural and civil works are delivered in accordance with the approved design, employer's requirements, relevant engineering codes, and project specifications. You will play a key role in safeguarding structural integrity, design compliance, construction quality, and technical performance throughout the delivery of complex, high-profile developments and infrastructure projects.

You'll Be Responsible For
- Act as part of the engineer's team, providing independent review, verification, and approval of structural and civil engineering design and construction deliverables.
- Supervise structural and civil design compliance during construction, ensuring all works align with approved IFC drawings, engineering calculations, specifications, and employer's requirements.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, temporary works proposals, RFIs, and engineering submissions.
- Provide site-based assurance of structural and civil works, including foundations, concrete structures, steelwork, earthworks, roads, utilities, bridges, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to approved design intent, engineering standards, constructability requirements, and quality expectations throughout project delivery.
- Identify and manage design deviations, technical non-compliance, constructability challenges, and engineering risks, driving resolution with contractors and design consultants.
- Oversee coordination between structural, civil, geotechnical, architectural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring successful integration across complex project interfaces.
- Review and verify structural systems, temporary works, construction methodologies, and engineering solutions to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and durability requirements.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure structural and civil installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant international standards.
- Support the issuance of engineer's instructions, approvals, technical reviews, and compliance certifications in line with contractual requirements.
- Interface with contractors, supervision teams, specialist consultants, and stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of engineering requirements on site.
- Support authority inspections, approvals, permits, and statutory compliance processes.
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and close-out activities, ensuring delivery meets operational and quality objectives.
- Provide reporting on design compliance status, technical risks, construction progress, and quality performance to senior stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of a net-zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reduction opportunities during project delivery.
- Degree qualified in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in structural and civil design compliance, design management, engineering assurance, or construction supervision on major projects.
- Strong experience acting for or alongside the engineer on major projects under FIDIC or similar contract forms.
- Demonstrable experience reviewing and approving structural and civil engineering submittals, shop drawings, construction methodologies, temporary works, and site installations.
- Strong technical background in reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, earthworks, infrastructure, utilities, roads, bridges, or major civil engineering works.
- Experience overseeing structural installations, construction sequencing, testing, inspections, and engineering compliance during construction.
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex, or high-profile developments, infrastructure programmes, or major capital projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles, structural analysis, construction methodologies, materials, and applicable international engineering standards and codes.
- Experience within the Middle East, with knowledge of authority and regulatory requirements (KSA preferred).
- Professional accreditation such as CEng, PE, MIStructE, MICE, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical review, and engineering communication skills.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
