تعلن شركة Mace عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير أول لإنشاءات MEP (Senior MEP Construction Manager) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستنضم إلى فريق متميز يعمل على تنفيذ مشروع ضخم في مجال الترفيه والضيافة الفاخرة، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين مرموقين واستشاريين عالميين، ضمن بيئة إنشائية سريعة الوتيرة تعتمد أسلوب الإدارة المباشرة للمقاولين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الإنشاءات الميكانيكية و MEP، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة والجدول الزمني وأهداف المشروع.
- إدارة عمليات التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي للأنظمة الميكانيكية، والتأكد من تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات التشغيل.
- بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، وترجمة أهداف المشروع إلى استراتيجيات تنفيذ فعالة.
- القيادة في تحقيق التسليم الناجح لحزم الإنشاءات السريعة والتشطيبات، مع الإدارة الاستباقية للمخاطر والتداخلات والتحديات البرمجية.
- تعزيز ثقافة إيجابية للصحة والسلامة والرفاهية والجودة عبر جميع أنشطة المشروع.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والتوجيه لفرق المشروع، وتشجيع التعاون والابتكار والتحسين المستمر.
- تنفيذ عمليات ضمان الجودة من خلال التفتيش والتدقيق ومراجعات الأداء لضمان تحقيق نتائج ناجحة للمشروع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل واختبارات الأنظمة المتكاملة والتسليم والإغلاق النهائي للمشروع لتحقيق الجاهزية التشغيلية ورضا العميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم لخدمات الميكانيكية و MEP في مشاريع معقدة وسريعة الوتيرة، مع ضمان التسليم الآمن والجاهزية التشغيلية والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والعميل.
- خبرة في تسليم حزم التشطيبات والبنية التحتية التقنية في بيئات حرجة المهمة أو صناعية أو مرافق أو نقل أو رعاية صحية أو مراكز بيانات أو ما شابه ذلك.
- فهم قوي لتسلسل الإنشاءات ومنهجيات التركيب وتكامل الأنظمة وبروتوكولات الاختبار والتشغيل واستراتيجيات التسليم المرحلي.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم لخدمات الميكانيكية و MEP ضمن بيئات مشاريع معقدة.
- خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع إنشائية سريعة وأعمال تشطيبات، مع القدرة على إدارة جبهات عمل متعددة ومعالم برمجية حاسمة.
- معرفة قوية بتشريعات الصحة والسلامة وممارسات إدارة المخاطر ومعايير أفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة وتنسيق المقاولين واستعادة البرامج واستخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع الرقمية وإعداد التقارير.
- الأهلية لاستيفاء متطلبات التأشيرة في المملكة العربية السعودية وسجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع أو بيئة مماثلة.
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو خدمات المباني.
- مؤهل NVQ أو HNC ذو صلة (أو ما يعادله).
- خبرة في دور إداري موقعي (أو ما يعادله).
- شهادة SMSTS وبطاقة CSCS إدارية/مهنية.
- شهادة التدريب على سلامة إدارة المواقع ونظام شهادة مهارات الإنشاءات (CSCS).

The Project

You'll Be Responsible For
- Supervising the delivery of mechanical and MEP construction works, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, programme, and project objectives.
- Managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring all works are delivered in line with project specifications and operational requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, translating project objectives into effective delivery strategies.
- Driving the successful delivery of fast-track construction and fit-out packages, proactively managing risks, interfaces, and programme challenges.
- Championing a positive health, safety, well-being, and quality culture across all project activities.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Implementing quality assurance processes, inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, handover, and project close-out activities to achieve operational readiness and client satisfaction.
- A degree qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and MEP services on complex, fast-track projects, ensuring safe delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with project and client requirements.
- Experience delivering fit-out and technical infrastructure packages within mission-critical, industrial, utility, transportation, healthcare, data center, or similarly complex environments.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, installation methodologies, systems integration, testing and commissioning protocols, and phased handover strategies.
- Demonstrable experience managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and MEP services within complex project environments.
- Experience delivering fast-track construction projects and fit-out works, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and critical programme milestones.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk management practices, and industry best practice standards.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contractor coordination, programme recovery, and the use of digital project management and reporting tools.
- Eligibility to meet Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visa requirements and a proven track record of delivering high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy or similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services
- Relevant NVQ or HNC (or equivalent).
- Experience in a site-based managerial role (or equivalent).
- SMSTS and managerial/professional CSCS Card.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Construction Skills Certificate Scheme
