شركة WSP in the Middle East تبحث عن مهندس رئيسي - الهياكل الإنشائية (Principal Engineer - Building Structures) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • بصفته مهندسًا رئيسيًا في الهياكل الإنشائية، سيوفر هذا الدور القيادة الفنية الاستراتيجية والإشراف على مشاريع المباني المعقدة. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد اتجاه التصميم، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية والإقليمية، ودفع الابتكار في حلول الهندسة الإنشائية. سيتعاون مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة، ويقود فرقًا متعددة التخصصات، ويضمن تسليم المشاريع بأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والكفاءة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإدارة وظيفة الهندسة الإنشائية لمشاريع المباني الكبرى من المفهوم وحتى الانتهاء.
  • تحديد الاستراتيجيات الفنية وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع ومتطلبات العميل والمعايير التنظيمية.
  • تقديم التوجيه الخبير والإرشاد لكبار المهندسين والمهندسين الجدد وفرق BIM.
  • مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم الإنشائية والحسابات والمواصفات المعقدة للهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانية والمركبة.
  • العمل كسلطة فنية أساسية في اجتماعات العملاء، وتقديم رؤى استراتيجية وحل التحديات الهندسية عالية المستوى.
  • الإشراف على عمليات ضمان الجودة، بما في ذلك التدقيق والتفتيش وفحوصات الامتثال للأعمال الإنشائية.
  • دفع الابتكار من خلال تنفيذ منهجيات التصميم المتقدمة والأدوات الرقمية (مثل BIM والتصميم البارامتري).
  • ضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) عبر جميع الأنشطة الإنشائية.
  • إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك العملاء والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية، للحصول على الموافقات والحفاظ على الامتثال.
  • إعداد تقارير على المستوى التنفيذي والمساهمة في تطوير الأعمال من خلال العروض الفنية والعروض التقديمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإنشائية أو المدنية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية، تشمل أدوارًا قيادية في مشاريع المباني واسعة النطاق.
  • سجل مثبت في إدارة مشاريع معقدة متعددة التخصصات.
  • خبرة في تصميم الهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانية والتحليل الإنشائي المتقدم.
  • معرفة معمقة بمعايير التصميم في الإمارات والمملكة العربية السعودية والدولية.
  • فطنة تجارية قوية والقدرة على المساهمة في مبادرات النمو الاستراتيجي.

As a Principal Engineer in Building Structures, you will provide strategic technical leadership and oversight for complex building projects. You will be responsible for setting design direction, ensuring compliance with international and regional standards, and driving innovation in structural engineering solutions. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the structural engineering function for major building projects from concept through completion.
  • Define technical strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to senior engineers, graduate engineers, and BIM teams.
  • Review and approve complex structural designs, calculations, and specifications for steel, concrete, and composite structures.
  • Act as the primary technical authority in client meetings, offering strategic insights and resolving high-level engineering challenges.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including audits, inspections, and compliance checks for structural works.
  • Drive innovation by implementing advanced design methodologies and digital tools (e.g., BIM, parametric design).
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all structural activities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to secure approvals and maintain compliance.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and contribute to business development through technical proposals and presentations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership roles on large-scale building projects
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Expertise in steel and concrete design and advanced structural analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE, KSA, and international design codes
  • Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to strategic growth initiatives
