Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مدير مشروع أول (بنية تحتية) لقيادة تسليم مشروع إشراف إنشائي كبير في موقع نائي بمدينة العلا، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن توفير القيادة الاستراتيجية والإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع خلال مرحلتي البناء والتسليم، والعمل كمستشار موثوق للعميل في الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير القيادة والتوجيه الشاملين لتنفيذ المشروع في الموقع، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف العميل والجدول الزمني والميزانية ومتطلبات الجودة.
- العمل كنقطة المساءلة الأساسية لتنفيذ المشروع وأدائه ونتائج التسليم في الموقع.
- قيادة مرحلة الإشراف على البناء، وضمان التنسيق الفعال بين المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على جميع عمليات الموقع، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للتصاميم والمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
- إدارة وحل مشكلات التشابك بين التخصصات، وضمان تسليم متكامل.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر، وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف والتعافي عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على الإشراف على تكاليف المشروع والتغييرات وعمليات التحكم في التغيير.
- ضمان الالتزام ببرنامج المشروع، بما في ذلك مراقبة الجدول الزمني وإعداد التقارير.
- التفاعل مع العميل كممثل أول في الموقع، وتوفير تقارير واضحة ودقيقة في الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل مع الجهات المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة والأطراف الثالثة حسب الحاجة لدعم تنفيذ المشروع.
- قيادة المناقشات التجارية والمفاوضات وحل المشكلات على المستوى العالي.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح المحلية والكودات ومتطلبات الجهات الرسمية.
- الترويج لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة عبر جميع أنشطة الموقع.
- قيادة وتوجيه وإدارة فريق المشروع في الموقع، وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي والتعاون.
- الإشراف على تخطيط الموارد وأداء الفريق والتخطيط للتعاقب طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في تنفيذ مشاريع إنشائية كبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور مدير مشروع أو قائد أول في تنفيذ مشاريع الإشراف على البناء.
- خلفية قوية في الإشراف على البناء، خاصة في المواقع النائية أو الصعبة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع معقدة ومتعددة التخصصات من مرحلة البناء حتى التسليم.
- خبرة واسعة في العمل على مشاريع عالية القيمة أو بارزة.
- خبرة قوية في الإدارة التجارية والتعاقدية وإدارة البرامج.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية ممتازة وقدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات المواقع النائية.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for site-based project delivery, ensuring alignment with Client objectives, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for project execution, performance, and delivery outcomes on site.
- Lead the construction supervision phase, ensuring effective coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
- Manage and resolve interface issues across disciplines, ensuring fully coordinated delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and recovery plans where required.
- Maintain oversight of project costs, variations, and change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to project programme, including schedule monitoring and reporting.
- Act as the senior client interface on site, providing clear, timely, and accurate reporting.
- Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and third parties as required to support project delivery.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution at senior level.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
- Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all site activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the project team on site, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Oversee resource planning, team performance, and succession planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale construction projects
- Proven experience in a Project Director or senior leadership role delivering construction supervision projects
- Strong background in construction supervision, particularly on remote or challenging sites
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from construction through to handover
- Extensive experience working on high-value or landmark developments
- Strong commercial, contractual, and programme management expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote site environments
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is highly preferred
