تعلن شركة WSP in the Middle East عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي - طيران في المملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن مهندس كهربائي ذي خبرة (يفضل خلفية في مجال الطيران) مع أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في التصميم للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي. يركز الدور على مشاريع الطيران/المطارات القائمة على التصميم، ودعم تقديم حلول هندسة كهربائية عالية الجودة عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التصميم الكهربائي في مشاريع الطيران، بما في ذلك مراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والمخطط التفصيلي والتفصيلي.
- إعداد ومراجعة مخرجات الهندسة مثل الحسابات والرسومات والمواصفات والتقارير وسرديات التصميم بما يتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع.
- تصميم وتنسيق الأنظمة الكهربائية المرتبطة عادةً بمرافق المطارات (حسب نطاق المشروع)، وضمان الامتثال الفني وقابلية التنفيذ.
- التنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى (الهندسة المعمارية والمدنية والإنشائية والميكانيكية وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات والحزم التخصصية) لضمان دمج التصميم الكهربائي ضمن الحل الشامل.
- دعم مراجعات التصميم وفحوصات الجودة وأنشطة التحقق وفقًا لإجراءات ضمان الجودة الداخلية.
- التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة عند الحاجة، والمشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل والمناقشات الفنية.
- ضمان دمج الصحة والسلامة في ممارسات التصميم والتسليم بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (أو ما يعادلها).
- 10+ سنوات من الخبرة بعد التخرج مع سجل قوي في تقديم التصميم الكهربائي.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الطيران/المطارات (يفضل خبرة تركز على التصميم).
- معرفة جيدة بالمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة ومتطلبات الجهات المحلية.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات التصميم الشائعة (مثل Revit وبرامج التصميم والتحليل الكهربائي الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء).
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل، مع الثقة في العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات وبيئات أصحاب المصلحة.

The role is focused on design-led aviation/airport projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality electrical engineering solutions across multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical design across aviation projects, including concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and design narratives aligned with project requirements.
- Design and coordinate electrical systems typically associated with airport facilities (as relevant to the project scope), ensuring technical compliance and constructability.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, ICT, and specialist packages) to ensure integration of electrical design within the overall solution.
- Support design reviews, quality checks, and verification activities in accordance with internal QA procedures
- Engage with clients and stakeholders where required, contributing to meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Ensure Health & Safety is embedded into design and delivery practices in line with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years post-qualification experience with a strong track record in electrical design delivery
- Aviation/airport project exposure is strongly preferred (design-focused experience is ideal).
- Good working knowledge of relevant international standards and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency with commonly used design tools (e.g., Revit and other electrical design/analysis software as applicable).
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with confidence working in multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder environments.
