شركة WSP in the Middle East تبحث عن Senior Planning Engineer للانضمام إلى فريقها في مشروع كبير بمدينة العلا، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتضمن الدور تطوير وإدارة جداول المشروع، ومراقبة التقدم، وتقديم دعم التخطيط لضمان تسليم معالم المشروع في الوقت المحدد. يتطلب تنسيقاً وثيقاً مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، وتحليل أداء المشروع، والإدارة الاستباقية للتأخيرات والمخاطر لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بفعالية وتلبية متطلبات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة وتحديث جداول المشروع باستخدام Primavera P6.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وإعداد تقارير دورية حول الجداول الزمنية والمعالم والتسليمات.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين لجمع بيانات التخطيط ذات الصلة.
- تحليل المسارات الحرجة والقيود لتحديد تأثير التغييرات على الجدول.
- اقتراح إجراءات تخفيفية لتعويض الانزلاق أو تجنب التأخيرات المحتملة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم مع العميل وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- إعداد مطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT) وتحليل التأخير والوثائق الزمنية التعاقدية الأخرى.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة لمتطلبات العميل والمعايير.
- دعم وظائف مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة المخاطر حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والإنشاءات لمواءمة الجدول مع توفر الموارد والمواد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج Primavera P6 و MS Project و Excel.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي.

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for a major project in KSA. The role involves developing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing planning support to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. It requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams, analysis of project performance, and proactive management of delays and risks to support effective project execution and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather relevant planning data.
- Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule.
- Propose mitigation measures to recover slippage or avoid potential delays.
- Participate in progress meetings with client and other stakeholders.
- Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and other contractual time-related documentation.
- Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with client requirements and standards.
- Support cost control and risk management functions as required.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align schedule with resource and material availability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
