تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن فرصة وظيفية لمدير مشروع (سعودي الجنسية) في الرياض، للعمل على قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع الطرق والنقل والبنية التحتية والمرافق الحيوية ضمن برامج بنية تحتية معقدة. يُشترط أن يكون المرشح ذا خبرة في إدارة المشاريع من جانب الاستشارات أو كممثل للعميل، مع إلمام قوي بالتنسيق بين الفرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة والتسليم الناجح لمشاريع الطرق والنقل والبنية التحتية والمرافق.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين العملاء والاستشاريين والجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • إدارة نطاق المشروع وجدوله الزمني وميزانيته ومخاطره وأهداف الجودة.
  • تنسيق فرق الاستشاريين متعددة التخصصات لضمان تحقيق المعالم الزمنية للمشروع.
  • الإشراف على أداء الاستشاريين وضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع وإعداد تقارير دورية لأصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى.
  • تحديد مخاطر المشروع والتخفيف منها مع تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية فعّالة.
  • تسهيل التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية ومزودي الخدمات.
  • ضمان تسليم المشاريع وفقاً للوائح المحلية والمعايير ومتطلبات العميل.
  • دعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية من خلال حوكمة المشروع وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع ضمن مشاريع الطرق والنقل والبنية التحتية والمرافق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في العمل لدى مكاتب استشارية هندسية أو استشارات إدارة مشاريع أو كممثل للعميل في برامج بنية تحتية كبرى.
  • فهم قوي لضوابط المشروع وإدارة العقود وإدارة المخاطر والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية بقيادة استشاريين في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل PMP أو PMO أو ما يعادلها.
  • يفضل أن يكون المرشح سعودي الجنسية.
  • يفضل بشدة الحصول على تعليم غربي (بكالوريوس أو ماجستير من جامعة غربية معترف بها).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ القدرة على اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خلفية استشارية قوية بدلاً من خبرة تنفيذية مقاولاتية.
  • خبرة في إدارة برامج النقل والطرق والطرق السريعة وممرات المرافق والبنية التحتية.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing projects from the consultancy/client representative side, with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and project delivery activities across complex infrastructure programs.

This role is ideally suited to professionals with direct experience in roads, highways, transportation networks, utilities, and related infrastructure projects. Candidates with predominantly building, architectural, contractor execution, or design-focused backgrounds will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Oversee consultant performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Facilitate engagement with relevant government authorities and utility providers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with local regulations, standards, and client requirements.
  • Support strategic decision-making through effective project governance and stakeholder management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working for engineering consultancies, project management consultancies, or as a client representative on major infrastructure programs.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven experience managing consultant-led infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMO, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Saudi National preferred.
  • Western education (Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized Western university) is highly preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong consultancy background rather than contractor-led delivery.
  • Experience managing transportation, roads, highways, utility corridors, and infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing project leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian infrastructure projects and regulatory environments.
  • Able to lead multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
