تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مدير مشاريع للبنية التحتية للانضمام إلى فريقها في جدة، لقيادة تسليم مشاريع تصميم البنية التحتية والتخطيط الرئيسي المعقدة في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات في مشاريع البنية التحتية والتخطيط الرئيسي.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء والجهات المعنية وأصحاب المصلحة الأساسيين.
- إدارة نطاق المشروع والبرنامج والميزانية والموارد والمخاطر.
- تنسيق المدخلات عبر تخصصات الطرق والمرافق والمياه والهياكل والمجال العام وغيرها.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والكودات المحلية ومتطلبات الاعتماد.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع وجودته ونتائجه التجارية.
- دعم العروض والمقترحات ومبادرات تطوير الأعمال.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق والمساهمة في قدرة إدارة المشاريع في المنطقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية.
- يفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو محترف إدارة مشاريع (PMP).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-15 سنة في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية والطرق والطرق السريعة وتطوير الأراضي ضمن بيئة استشارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات للبنية التحتية.
- خلفية قوية في تسليم المشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية و/أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في العمل مع الجهات السعودية وعمليات الاعتماد.
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة وإدارة العملاء والتواصل.
- تعطى الأولوية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في المشاريع السعودية، خاصة الملمين بالجهات المحلية وعمليات الاعتماد وبيئة أصحاب المصلحة.

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Jeddah team, leading the delivery of complex infrastructure design and masterplanning projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multidisciplinary leadership experience managing large-scale urban, transport, and infrastructure developments from concept through detailed design and delivery.

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Jeddah team, leading the delivery of complex infrastructure design and masterplanning projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multidisciplinary leadership experience managing large-scale urban, transport, and infrastructure developments from concept through detailed design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and masterplanning projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources, and risk.
- Coordinate inputs across roads, utilities, water, structures, public realm, and other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with local standards, codes, and approval requirements.
- Monitor project performance, quality, and commercial outcomes.
- Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Mentor team members and contribute to WSP’s project management capability in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic
- Chartered Engineer or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, roads, highways, and land development projects within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.
- Strong background delivering projects in Saudi Arabia and/or the wider Middle East.
- Experience working with Saudi authorities and approvals processes.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Saudi project experience, particularly those familiar with local authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder environments.
