شركة WSP in the Middle East تبحث عن مدير مشاريع (تصميم تنسيق المواقع والبنية التحتية) للانضمام إلى فريقها في جدة، لقيادة تقديم مشاريع تنسيق المواقع والبنية التحتية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة دورة الحياة الكاملة لمشاريع تصميم تنسيق المواقع والبنية التحتية بدءاً من مرحلة التصور وحتى التصميم التفصيلي ومراحل المناقصات.
- قيادة فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات، بما يشمل مهندسي تنسيق المواقع والمهندسين المدنيين ومتخصصي الري ومهندسي المرافق وغيرهم من التخصصات الفنية.
- تطوير وإدارة خطط تنفيذ المشروع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد.
- ضمان التسليم الناجح وفقاً للبرنامج الزمني والجودة والجوانب التجارية وتوقعات العميل.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع وإدارة المخاطر والفرص بشكل استباقي.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء لدعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح ونمو الأعمال المستقبلي.
- تسهيل التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والمطورين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- قيادة اجتماعات المشروع وورش العمل والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية لمشاريع تنسيق المواقع وحزم تصميم البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- تنسيق تكامل التصميم بين عناصر تنسيق المواقع والمدنية والمرافق والري والطرق والمجال العام وتطوير المدن.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير السعودية ذات الصلة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- مراجعة مخرجات التصميم لضمان توافقها مع أهداف المشروع ومعايير الجودة وتوقعات العملاء.
- دعم الإدارة المالية للمشروع، بما يشمل إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ والفواتير وإدارة التغيير.
- مراقبة ربحية المشروع وضمان الأداء التجاري الفعال.
- المساعدة في إعداد المقترحات الفنية والتجارية للفرص الجديدة.
- دعم إدارة العقود ومتطلبات إعداد تقارير المشروع.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق المشروع.
- تعزيز ثقافة العمل التعاوني وعالي الأداء داخل المشروع.
- دعم التوظيف وتطوير المواهب وتبادل المعرفة داخل الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عاماً، منها 5 أعوام على الأقل في منصب إدارة مشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مشاريع تنسيق المواقع وتصميم المجال العام.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية متعددة التخصصات بما يشمل المرافق والطرق والصرف والري والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة بها.
- سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع تطوير حضرية واسعة النطاق، ومشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات، والضيافة، والمجال العام، والبنية التحتية.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة استشارية هندسية رائدة.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقيادة.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة والعملاء.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of landscape and infrastructure design projects from inception through detailed design and tender stages.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including landscape architects, civil engineers, irrigation specialists, utilities engineers, and other technical disciplines.
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure successful delivery against programme, quality, commercial, and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support successful project delivery and future business growth.
- Facilitate coordination with government authorities, developers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
- Provide project leadership for landscape architecture and associated infrastructure design packages.
- Coordinate design integration between landscape, civil, utilities, irrigation, roads, public realm, and urban development elements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Saudi Arabian regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Review design deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Support project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and change management.
- Monitor project profitability and ensure effective commercial performance.
- Assist with the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for new opportunities.
- Support contract administration and project reporting requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance project culture.
- Support recruitment, talent development, and knowledge sharing within the business.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience delivering landscape architecture and public realm design projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure design projects including utilities, roads, drainage, irrigation, and associated civil works.
- Proven track record managing large-scale urban development, mixed-use, hospitality, public realm, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working within a leading engineering consultancy environment.
- Previous experience delivering projects within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
